My only issue with the room was the ac in the room is not fully adjustable, with the it being based in the external temperature. During my stay it was very warm in Tokyo and wanted to cool the room down and this wasn’t possible.

The rooms were very comfortable and perfect for a solo traveler, the bed was comfortable and provided a great sleep. There are convenient usb ports by the bed allowing for ease of charging your devices

Everything was good except the bed was AWFUL!! my back hurt after for days and the curtains were dusty. I think they are way too strict with the entry time way too strict

Its kind of far from station, convinient store.

The hotel looks classy when you see it from outside. I like it because they have a pool and spa. The room was fine but its kind a small for two people but the good thing there is a space under the bed where u can put luggage on it. The view is also fine. Staff are very nice and kind. And there is restaurant downstair.

More international channels would've been nice. View is mediocre. Room is very small, but I guess for a 1 person stay it's fine and does the job. Had a hard time checking in because the trainee didn't know how to handle the machine properly.

I liked that the price was really good for a stay during peak season (Halloween). Room was very clean and had all the basic amenities needed (some toiletries, hotel slippers, disinfectant spray, etc.) Hotel is also a 6-7 minute walk to the train station and has enough shops nearby if you need a quick snack/drink.

The bedroom and bathroom was very clean. You get a change of towels every day including spa robes and a top up of your toiletries and coffee/tea that comes with the room. Definitely good value for money and in a convenient location. The spa at the hotel was a pleasant surprise and can be used for free.

Let's be honest, in terms of room size you get what you paid for, the room is so tiny you barely have enough space to open your suitcase. If you are traveling with a partner and book a room for two people, please note the room size is almost identical to a single guest room but with a slightly bigger bed. We were 2 people traveling and booked 2 separate rooms - it was the right decision in retrospective.

APA chain is known for its solo travelers' (usually for business purposes) accommodations. Although the rooms are very tiny and the prices are on the low cost range, the rooms and the hotel itself do not feel low cost at all. The beds are very comfortable, and the rooms have practically everything you need along with a wide range of amenities, including stuff like a toothbrush and a shaving razor. The rooms are equipped with private room wifi, and high-end facilities including appliances & charging ports in the walls as well as a smart modern room design. It's a great option for low budget traveling, but without ever feeling low budget.

The room and the bathroom were way too small.

Location was great close to Roppongi hills and Tokyo tower. Our room actually had the full view of the Tokyo tower. The staff and the facilities were good. We especially loved the public bath and used it morning and night instead of the shower in our rooms.

Some of the bed linens were not the freshest and the fact that there are only three washing machines for a hotel this size is not great. I regularly had to wait for a couple of hours before I could wash my cloths since it was very busy.

The facilities like the Onsen and the possibility to wash your clothing during your stay are really convenient. Also, the check-in process is really quick and easy. Just some details, a sign-off, and you are up to your room in no time. Furthermore, the rooms are practical, compact, and have good value for money.

There could have varied the breakfast and there was no place to eat if you ordered a takeaway apart from your room. We set in the outside bar area in the evening and we’re told to go to our rooms and eat there. Only negative experience at the hotel as above

Coin Laundry room - it would be great to have a few more machines.

It’s well located, super clean rooms with everything necessary. Everyday fresh amenities (towels, toothbrush, swabs etc)… onsen and pool in the roof is sweet, restaurant on the first floor is great for a quick meal.
