Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Asked for an early booking in time as was going to arrive at 1pm , but was made to wait until 3pm only to get an email a hour later saying the early booking in time would be ok .....yeah little bit late on that thanks.
Right next to the metro easy to get around.

Quite noisy since we are very close to a big avenue. And room a bit small.
Nice location, very close to the metro and Dotonbori. Onsen in the hotel.

The washing machine area is tiny and always busy, and besides that, there are a few options for breakfast for those not used to traditional Japanese coffee.
The location is very convenient; the metro exit is right next to the hotel entrance, and the staff is very polite.

We found some stains in the bathroom that looked like blood. Staff did not speak much English, so we never received an answer of what that was. We went to Tokyo after our Osaka trip, at another APA hotel. But we accidentally checked-out a day earlier from our Osaka hotel than supposed to. Would've appreciated a refund for the night, since the hotel was not overbooked & we paid extra at the same hotel chain.
The location was excellent! Right near Midosuji street which looked adorable with all the Christmas lights. We usually ended our nights with a cup of coffee from the Starbucks nearby and a nice walk, or some 7/11 :) Probably the best out of all :) Our room had a nice view of the street, which was a plus. The hotel is located near a metro station, but we usually explored the city by foot. Staff was very nice to send a follow-up message, about some things we forgot in our room.

I can't think of anything.
On previous visits I enjoyed the breakfast, I didn't utilise the breakfast this time as I only had an overnight stay. I thoroughly enjoyed the guest's Spa, the Spa being the primary reason for choosing this hotel, even though the staff are very friendly and helpful. I've found the rooms to be sufficient for my needs and very clean. The location meets my requirements and there are some very nice little restaurants close by.

The heating! I’ve never had such nose bleeds my entire life.
Great location and there’s an exit from the metro to the hotel (elevator). This is great after lugging your luggage through the chaos of the metro 😆 Restaurant is decent size.

Lifts can get busy at times.
This hotel has the Hommachi subway station directly under the hotel,so it's great if you're taking the train from Kansai airport.From Kansai airport take the train to namba station then take the Midosuji line to Hommachi station..Also the hotel has a Family mart on premises and a 7/11 just outside on the corner..And if you like walking it will take around 25 minutes to get to the Glico man sign.,or take the subway only 2 stops away in 5 minutes to namba station..I would stay here again if I returned

The room is a bit small for 2 people (a couple), but understandable for this price & considering Japanese hotel standards.
Perfect location: - The hotel is located at one of the exit of Red Line train station. - Nearby convenience stores (7/11 is right across) Friendly staff and easy check-in & check-out. Clean rooms & provide necessary in-room amenities.

This is a convenient hotel, with a train station right below it and a family mart in the second floor. I mean, we went for the safe choice at an apa chain in Osaka…. However, the staff is terrible! We were treated very rudely and were charged 1,000 yens for arriving 30 mins earlier. Next time I’ll try another hotel

My room was on the top floor, so every time I took the elevator, I had to wait for many people to get out before reaching my floor.
The location is excellent, with a FamilyMart on the 2nd floor. Dotunburi is within walking distance, the metro exit is just 10 meters from the hotel entrance, and there’s a spa open until 2 AM.

I am fine with the green concept and do not request for extra cleanup service but some instructions on where to put the my used towel or dump my rubbish/trash would be nice.The rubbish bin in my room was almost full after 72 hrs. Also see if you can provide us with tooth brushing kit at the public bath B1 area.
Conveniently located, slightly noisy at times but cant fault the hotel for that. The lifts were fast and public bath area was clean. Two convenience stores just a step away.

The variety of food was plentiful but the quality could have been better. Pillows were not comfortable and the building has an HVAC system that is either set to heat or to air conditioning, so I was not able to cool the room sufficiently. Also, there is considerable noise from the on ramp and highway that is adjacent to the hotel.
Location good - easy access to all the energy but not right in it. Convenient to the subway. Everything was clean with helpful staff. Brunch is available from early morning through early afternoon, which was a big plus.

Big hotel vibe - always very busy, queues at the elevator, on the check out etc. Early check out time (but easy to extend for extra money). Lots of staff but you have to do self-check in while the staff is watching you. Very noisy from the streets.
Great location, very clean. Baths are available - if you don’t have tattoos. Great view from top floors.
