The room is quite small by European standards, but everything you need fits in, and you get used to it quickly.

Great location – very close to the train station and situated in a nice neighborhood. The automatic check-in and check-out process was fast and convenient.

The air con and heating is central and would be a bit too warm sometimes. You can turn off and open window though. There's no designated spot for smoking within the hotel or outside.

Clean and comfortable. Great to have a kettle and bathroom amenities. Lots of usb and power outlets. Great shower and bath, maybe a struggle for taller people. Bed was perfect. Mirror over the desk has a light, great for getting ready. Free wifi was great. Decent amount of movies to watch on TV. And a little fridge was also handy. Very close to McDonald's, ramen, little bars, konbinis and train stations.

You have to have your breakfast very early; otherwise, there is a high risk that some choices are run out. Furthermore, some of the trays are dirty, not I would expect in Japan.

Location was very good for the station, walkable but also just one stop on the subway which we found to be very convenient for less mobile travellers. Staff were absolutely a delight. We used the laundry facilities which is great when travelling as we can travel light! Excellent proximity to small local eateries which were excellent. We sent our luggage on to the next hotel and this is a fabulous when one is using public transport. Not expensive and well worth it. Our luggage was awaiting us upon check-in at the next hotel because we sent it the day before. Honestly this is brilliant.

Nothing really, coming from Australia the rooms here in Japan are small and that's everywhere. When in Rome.

I like APA hotels this is the third one we have stayed in this holiday. The staff are awesome, the rooms are always very clean and the supplies of fresh towels and toothpaste, razors etc come everyday. This time we included breakfast and it was absolutely worth it.

I arrived late at night and left early the next morning. In the short time I stayed there, there wasn't really anything that could be improved to make the experience any better.

Clean room. Comfortable bed. Polite staff. Excellent breakfast. Good location. I've stayed at several APA hotels and they always have a consistently good standard of service.

Room did not have an air conditioner (heater was on) but once we gave feedback to the hotel receptionist, they helped to fix the issue.

For the room, it's cheap. Convenient place (near to station) and quiet place (not too crowded) Some staff were helpful, some staff were there.

Nothing but if I had to pick something, the sink tap is very powerful and slightly difficult to reduce the water rate, it's no real problem though, they achieved great job with low space

Double-bed rooms are too small, have no closet, hardly fit 2 pieces of luggage . Have to store the luggage under the bed. can’t move around when 1 suitcase is open. The restroom is super compact.

The room was super small, but it's APA thing.

The proximity to Shin-Osaka Station made it super easy to travel by shinkansen to Himeji and Hiroshima. The hotel was close to metro station, so it was also easy to get anywhere closer to Osaka's city center. The breakfast selection was nice and the stuff was very friendly.
