Breakfast was only Japanese style at least they should do a small selection of continental breakfast too. Room was a little small but they are all the same so I was prepared for it.

Hotel was clean....spotless!! Friendly staff. Not bad a location since it is very near the metro and train station in fact it was very easy to find. You have a vast variety of restaurants.

The room was clean and the shower was great! It wasn't a big room but for me it was just right (I only stayed one night). The staff was helpful when I checked in.

The air conditioner/ heater either heats or cools based on the outside temperature and it got too hot one of the nights. Room was also incredibly small. Parking was expensive.

The staff was very helpful and kind, and I liked that they provided slippers and water.

The facilities were over the top for the price what we paid (chandeliers in the lobby, really big tv in the room etc). It was a small room but more than enough for the price. Walkable to a station and there are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores close by! Staff were helpful and friendly

My only trouble with the room was the handle to adjust the shower temperature was very sensitive. I had difficulties getting the temp just right. But there was no shortage of hot water so that was not an issue.. Just trouble with adjustments.

Location was great for sightseeing in Osaka and a couple day trips! We would definitely stay here again for visiting the city! Staff was helpful with questions and held our baggage on check in and out days! Very convenient!

It was in a convenient location, close to a lot of food spots and the metro station was a short walk away. Staff were nice and accommodating, they were able to receive our luggage before our arrival using the luggage delivery service.

Close to the subway station. It has all the amenities needed. The bathroom is well equiped and clean. I really recommand it to evryone.

We had already paid for breakfast in room for 2 but staffs said paid only one how could it be? We were not happy that we had to pay more.

We requested a double room accommodation and got it, however, the bed was pushed up to the wall leaving a space of 30cm access to the other side. A dressing / writing desk is on the other side leaving a 30cm space to sit at the desk or sit on the bed. There is a chair to sit on, however it cannot be pulled out to sit on unless the chair or person needs to sit sideways. The bathroom was also cramped as 2 persons cannot be in the room unless 1 is in the bath/shower. Very cramped, small fridge is under the desk to which a person needs to kneel down to access. Breakfast was always cold. In all, the advertisements don't quite match the brochures. Will not stay there again nor recommend.

Nothing that I didn’t like.

I stay at 4 and 5 star hotels around Europe as well as US the last 28 years and this hotel had by far the best room service. They provided towels every single day in addition to coffee supplies, brushes, toothpaste, toothbrush, etc (even razors). The hotel is just 2 minutes from the metro station therefore you can go everywhere without any issues. Overall, supper clean, quite room, excellent room service and excellent staff!

No luggage rack, but have space under bed to store luggage. Bathroom is small with toilet, sink and bathtub right beside each other. However, it is built very functionally so not a problem if you are okay with the tightness. Would not recommend for more than one person, as too small. Do note that there is a step to enter the bathroom.

Value for money, great location, 8-10 minutes walk from Shin-Osaka Station. Not that this is a business hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful, allowed me to store my luggage before check-in and after check-out. Room was bright and functional.

There are some night clubs on the next block of hotel. At night lots of girls and some men stay on the street. Not good for family when coming back to hotel at night.
