The noise prevention is not good. We can hear the sound of lock and unlock the door of the next-door room clearly.

The location is great, it's located near Shin Osaka station. The nearby neighbor is cozy too. Restaurant nearby are also good.

We were on the 9th floor and it was noisy. Train line was close so noise from trains carried on until late night. If our stay was longer we would have requested move to one of the higher floors.

Room was well equipped however it was a tad cramped compared to other APA locations. For two people with luggage you may want to opt for a larger room if available.

Location was very accessible to Shin-Osaka and the Osaka metro. Makes for easy running around the city and easy day trips to Kyoto and Nara.

The building design means that you have to sort of go "outside" in order to get to the elevator. In winter, that was a little chilly.

It’s close to the Midosuji Line and Shin Osaka station. Close to 7-11, Family Mart and a few izakayas and restaurants. The lobby is spacious. Helpful staff.

The room is too small so you can't open a large suitcase and there is no space.

Near a mini market. Breakfast has quite a lot of choices. To Shin Osaka station, it's quite a walk, about 10 minutes from the hotel. Near a mini market.

The parking for our car was paid parking . Secondly the checkout timing was early in the morning , 10 am and we were overcharged for checking out at 11 am.

There is a window you can open and a kettle you can use.They hang new towels,yukata,cups etc. everyday on the door handle.

The beds take a few nights to get used to, kind of futon-like, but not a problem after that.

The hotel is literally 5 minutes walking distance from the Shin Osaka train station. There's a good variety of restaurants in the area.

The location is perfect very close to the Shin-Osaka Station. There's one 24 hour restaurant and one 7/11 within 50 meters which is super convenient. They also offer English service which made our stay easy. They also offered the service of receiving our luggage before we arrived which made our trip much easier.

Breakfast spread is mostly Japanese. But there were still something for everyone I felt.

Location is excellent , 10 mins walk to Shin-Osaka JR station (Central Exit) and <5 mins to Shin-Osaka subway station (Exit 7). There is a 7-Eleven convenience store next to the property . Also a family-mart, few restaurants and a Pizza-Hut outlet nearby. Staffs (at reception and restaurant) were nice and we didn't have any trouble communicating.

Room was small, which gave some trouble with many baggage. In future we need to book larger room.

The hotel is very well communicated with both metro and shin osaka statio, which gives possibility to explore city and surrounding cities like Nara or Kyoto. And price wise it was excellent

The room was stuffy since the aircon was set at heat and we couldn’t open the window due to the proximity to the train line and noise.

The room was quite small. There is an airport nearby, so sometimes we could hear planes landing and taking off.

The hotel is near Shin Osaka station, this was convenient because we traveled from this station every day during our stay. The hotel was really clean and there was an amenity package provided every day. Breakfast was delicious, there were plenty of options to choose from, view from the restaurant was amazing. The staff was very friendly.
