I can hear noises from the trains and railroads in the room. the sound insulation should be more equipped.

Room was really too small and the elevator was really slow even with three of them available, every time we need 10 minutes of waiting.

The room is really small. Consider booking Superior if you want to have space to pack your suitcases:). The check-out is 10. I thought it was eleven so there was a fine to pay at the check-out. That's my fault though.

Bed and pillow was on the hard size.

Room size was decent for a couple for twin size room. Location was good as 7min walk to Shin-Osaka Station and 3min walk to Midosuji Subway.

The room is small but still acceptable.

There is a convenience store linked to the hotel. Washer and dryer were at lobby level and there's a comfortable seating area there so you can sit to chill and wait while doing laundry if you want to. Comfortable walking distance to Shin-osaka station.

-Although the hotel is very close to the station, the exit from the station is only via stairs, there are no elevators or escalators. If you arrive with large suitcases you will need to exit the train station via another exit and will likely have to walk further. But for entering the station there have an escalator. -The rooms are quite small, not suitable for people traveling with many large bags.

The location is excellent, just a 5 minute walk from the train station to the hotel. The rooms are new and clean.

The room is really small for two people. You need to learn how to stack your luggage otherwise there’s no room to walk around. The staff is having a hard time communicating in english.

The location is about 3-4 minutes walk away from Shin Osaka Central Station depending on how fast you walk.

The elevators!!!! It's nearly impossible to get into an elevator without waiting 15-20 min unless you are on one of the top floors. The system really needs to be fixed.

Long... long.... long wait for the elevator during check out time in the morning. Quite a long walk to the Shin Osaka JR station. The underground is a bit close but no elevator is available down to the ground floor from the third floor train platform. No way to carry the big luggage.

Hotel switched to heating mode (ie no AC cooling) which meant the rooms were too warm unless we opened the window, which was then noisy (highway, planes).

Good location as a base for four days in Osaka, Kyoto and Hiroshima - once we worked out that it is EXIT 7 from the Midosuji line (this saves a lot of walking to hotel). Standard APA room layout - compact but great use of space and everything works. Also best English at reception of any hotel we stayed at in Japan.

Small bedroom for a couple with 2 big luggages.

Double room is quite small with no space for bug luggages. I recommend reserving at least Queen room for 2 travelers. Automatic check-in machine is a bit too confusing to use, I think it’s better for the staff to return to the old fashion way of checking documents.

Chain hotel business, so it’s very reliable. Close to Shin Osaka JR station, about 5 minutes walk. Convenience stores close by. Staff is polite and helpful. They let me store luggages overnight when I stayed the night at another town (it was allowable to store luggages on the day of check in, and the day of check out). Other facilities were clean and practical.
