There is a convenience store linked to the hotel. Washer and dryer were at lobby level and there's a comfortable seating area there so you can sit to chill and wait while doing laundry if you want to. Comfortable walking distance to Shin-osaka station.

Thailand-Although the hotel is very close to the station, the exit from the station is only via stairs, there are no elevators or escalators. If you arrive with large suitcases you will need to exit the train station via another exit and will likely have to walk further. But for entering the station there have an escalator. -The rooms are quite small, not suitable for people traveling with many large bags.
The location is excellent, just a 5 minute walk from the train station to the hotel. The rooms are new and clean.

The location is about 3-4 minutes walk away from Shin Osaka Central Station depending on how fast you walk.

CanadaLong... long.... long wait for the elevator during check out time in the morning. Quite a long walk to the Shin Osaka JR station. The underground is a bit close but no elevator is available down to the ground floor from the third floor train platform. No way to carry the big luggage.

United StatesHotel switched to heating mode (ie no AC cooling) which meant the rooms were too warm unless we opened the window, which was then noisy (highway, planes).
Good location as a base for four days in Osaka, Kyoto and Hiroshima - once we worked out that it is EXIT 7 from the Midosuji line (this saves a lot of walking to hotel). Standard APA room layout - compact but great use of space and everything works. Also best English at reception of any hotel we stayed at in Japan.

ThailandDouble room is quite small with no space for bug luggages. I recommend reserving at least Queen room for 2 travelers. Automatic check-in machine is a bit too confusing to use, I think it’s better for the staff to return to the old fashion way of checking documents.
Chain hotel business, so it’s very reliable. Close to Shin Osaka JR station, about 5 minutes walk. Convenience stores close by. Staff is polite and helpful. They let me store luggages overnight when I stayed the night at another town (it was allowable to store luggages on the day of check in, and the day of check out). Other facilities were clean and practical.
