How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The VOD free promotion does help as one can watch movies and dramas. Powerful shower

Hotel was very clean but there was a strong smell of body odor in hallways and room. Everything else was good.
Our flight got cancelled and this was a last minute booking. Close to HND airport and good value. Friends staff. Walkable area.

The room and especially bathroom were extremely small. I guess it's normal in Japan, but we didn't expect it for a hotel and for that price.
It was perfectly located near the airport for a late flight in, when public transport is about to stop. We even got a free breakfast included, which was a small but decent selection and the perfect first meal in Japan.

Excellent,.convenient location. Just a two minute walk from the train station and just two stations from Haneda Airport. Very quiet location. Many food options available around the hotel.

Check-out at 9 a.m. is really early though it worked out ok for us. The room is small but typical in Japan.
The best thing for me was it is just 2 stops from Haneda Airport. It is a very short walk from the station to the hotel. Perfect for my 1-night stay after arriving late at night and to get from the airport to other parts of Japan. The room we got had a good view of the airport and could see planes landing. The room is clean. The bed is comfortable. No complaints.

Room was small but fine for solo short stay.
Close to airport and easy to get to on local train. Good overnight stop when required for early departures/late arrivals.

Very close (2 stops away) to Haneda, great for a final night's stay if you want to avoid the Tokyo rush hour during weekdays when catching a morning flight. Although, something I did not expect was that the train to Haneda does still get full during rush hour.

too small for 2 person, no space to open even 1 luggage ; best is book TWIN room even for couple stay
Best alternative when Haneda airport hotel is not available, our flight landing at 10pm Good add on experience walking around hotel the next day, nearby attraction Anamori Inari Shrine is a small BONUS.

The rooms were small but it's expected.
Location and Location! It's an easy train ride from Haneda Airport (2 stops) with a short walk from the station. The area is filled with restaurants, convenience stores, and grocery stores. You won't be out of food. Breakfast was simple. It's just 4 kind of breads and coffee.

my room had a slight smell to it at first but I was only there to sleep for a few hours so it was bearable

The room was small with barely enough room to move around in. Not used to Japan-size rooms.
Room was very clean. Thankful for the free wifi. Front desk staff were friendly and courteous. Received helpful information on taxis. Like that it was close to Haneda airport

I booked a non-smoking room but I could smell the cigarette in my hotel room. The staff is polite but not initiated to provide information. For example, the hotel offers the simplest self-service breakfast (coffee, cake) but the staff didn't tell me. I found it in those information papers in the hotel room. If you plan to stay at this hotel and also explore the city, you get to prepare for about an hour or so traveling between downtown to this hotel.
I selected this hotel due to the early flight departure from Henarda airport. For this purpose, the location of this hotel is excellent. The international airport is one step and the domestic airport is two stops from the hotel's nearby stations. It.'s good for those visitors who booked the very early flight schedule.

Nothing much to eat around the hotel.
The hotel is within 2 minutes from the station, and within 10 minutes train from HND. Room was clean, VOD on tv was free at my stay.Breakfast provided was free bread with coffee.
