Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomThe hotel (or at least the floor we were on) was a smoking floor. Which meant the rooms stank of smoke, whilst I get that we knew this in advance I’d of thought more would be done to mask the smell of smoke in the rooms after guests had gone. I didn’t like that we had to pay ¥2000 to check in an hour early when our room was literally already sorted and ready for us.
It was close to the station which gave us easy access to the airport / price was good.

We only stayed one night because we arrived late to Haneda. It's a quiet neighbourhood. The staff welcomed us after midnight, all very friendly. The room was big enough and comfortable. The breakfast more than excellent! You can pick a japanese or an american breakfast and serve both as many times as you want. Very varied. They took care of replying each one of my messages before we arrived because we let them know we'd be there by 1 am and asked them to receive a pocket wifi we'd deliveried before and they already had it in the front desk when we checked in, so Excellent service! I'd definitely come back

IndiaThe hotel room was no value for money. They are charging too much for a room which does not have enough space to keep your luggage. It has just the space which fits the double bed. I booked the Hotel online with prices including breakfast but when I reached hotel I was told that my booking does not have breakfast and I need to pay extra for that.
The two things which I like about the Hotel 1. Location 2. It has nice restaurant.
