How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty

- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Missed spa
Extremely close to train station and airport. Rooms are little bigger than other APA properties were we stayed- Osaka and Shinjuku

The hotel (or at least the floor we were on) was a smoking floor. Which meant the rooms stank of smoke, whilst I get that we knew this in advance I’d of thought more would be done to mask the smell of smoke in the rooms after guests had gone. I didn’t like that we had to pay ¥2000 to check in an hour early when our room was literally already sorted and ready for us.
It was close to the station which gave us easy access to the airport / price was good.

It's far away from the touristic places but an excellent location if you need to stay close to Haneda airport for any reason
We only stayed one night because we arrived late to Haneda. It's a quiet neighbourhood. The staff welcomed us after midnight, all very friendly. The room was big enough and comfortable. The breakfast more than excellent! You can pick a japanese or an american breakfast and serve both as many times as you want. Very varied. They took care of replying each one of my messages before we arrived because we let them know we'd be there by 1 am and asked them to receive a pocket wifi we'd deliveried before and they already had it in the front desk when we checked in, so Excellent service! I'd definitely come back

Clean, only a few minutes on the train from the airport, a few supermarkets and some decent local bars and eating places around - definitely recommend if you have an early morning flight.

The only hotel i visited that had the room fully prepped with everything i needed. I liked the fact that all amenities were inside the room instead of being in the lobby.

This hotel was very close to Haneda airport and so very convenient for our morning flight. The area was very charming and the hotel was very clean with nice staff.

I booked two rooms on Booking.com, with confirmation emails, receipt, etc. But the hotel didn’t register my booking and we had to wait at counter for 45 minutes for them to sort out the situation (in between sent us to two rooms that already had guests in).

The hotel room was no value for money. They are charging too much for a room which does not have enough space to keep your luggage. It has just the space which fits the double bed. I booked the Hotel online with prices including breakfast but when I reached hotel I was told that my booking does not have breakfast and I need to pay extra for that.
The two things which I like about the Hotel 1. Location 2. It has nice restaurant.

It was easily accessible from Haneda Airport. Staff were so lovely and helpful. I left my purse in the room and they even offered to send after me. Our next hotel wasnt too far, so I just went back for it. But the thought was just heartwarming 🩷 The room size was ok, we know what to expect

It was so dirty, I found many hair on the towels, the worst hotel between all the Japanese hotels that I stayed in 2 years, disappointing, I really feel bad because of hairs.

My husband did not know that he booked a solo/single room so we had to pay another 3000 yen to change room. The room was already $80+ prior this.

Our stay was a short over night stay. The room was a bit small for the size of luggage we had, but we managed as it was for a short time.
The location was great. It was close to the station and places to eat. The staff and option for a massage was amazing even though we did not get a massage.

Nothing .... if you go in with the acceptance that hotel rooms in Tokyo are very small.
Best value for money. Very close to Haneda. Super clean.... which is the standard in Japan anyway.

About 2-3 min walk from Anamori Inari station. Apparently 1 min if you walk fast. Very convenient to get to Haneda airport so I recommend staying there if you have an early morning flight as it’s just a couple stops away.
