The room itself was amazing, exceeded my expectations. Everything was perfect, cleanliness, room size, the tv was surprisingly helpful, the lights were fun to mess around with, didn’t hear a single thing the whole time while in the room

The rooms are very small (even by Tokyo standards) and given the volume of people in the hotel, there is not much personalisation of service

Having the bed next to the window was annoying as having to wake my wife to go to the toilet isn't great. Easy check in & check out was good, plenty of amenities and a lovely buffet breakfast

There's nothing I can think that needs to be improved.

The hotel is in a very quiet location. Being next to the National Diet Building makes it also extra secure as there's police guarding the streets at all times. The staff is very helpful and accommodating.

Check in time at 3 pm , if the room is ready at 2 pm and guests arrived from airport since morning , why made them wait until exact 3 pm?

Bed could have had some more room for phones/chargers.

The room was clean and spacious enough for our luggage. The staff cleaned the room every 2-3 days. The room was quiet and we weren't woken during the night.

At the end of my stay, the weather in Tokyo got worse all of a sudden and the whole floor was extremely cold, which unfortunately applied to my room as well. That did sour the stay, but other than that - a great experience.

The breakfast system, the public hot bath, the atmosphere was pretty luxurious, very close to the metro and the Hie Shrine was very close as well. The location in general was pretty good.

The staff were really kind, the location was super convenient so I could go everyone quite easily. Breakfast was really good also.

The only disappointment was that the onsen did not allow tattoos, and I have one on my shoulder so I was not able to use that facility. I understand the cultural norms but for a hotel that has a largely international clientele and is on the roof of a hotel it was disappointing to not be able to enjoy it.

I loved having traditional robes provided for the onsen and watched the video on how to use them and was excited to visit the baths.

Compared to unacceptable Hotel Wing, APA is my First choice (Wing didn't even bother to get maps in English)

Quiet n tranquill Vs next booking at Hotel Wing shoebox single room. No view. Back window faces wall: castrophobic! Immediately ask to cancel/transfer but mgr says not worth cancellation charge( fact that payment is upon arrival shd ring Warning Disaster!! Thought hotel chain can offer upgrade to sister hotel nearby Not hospitable: have to ask for 2nd pillow!!

The location is amazing, quiet area close from everything. Rooms are very small as expected, bed sheets and blankets are quite yellow and would need to be changed
