CanadaI wish there was a space on both sides of the (2-person) bed so that either person can leave the bed without disturbing the other. To be fair, every other hotel in this price range has this arrangement, too.
Like other hotels in Japan they provided a room clean-up only when requested, or every 3 days. However, each day they would at least leave a bag holding a set of fresh towels, fresh yukutas, coffee, etc. That was much appreciated! Also, the front-desk staff were always so very courteous and professional. The yukatas and slippers are a nice touch!

Access to the station, daily amenities, bathub, comfy and clean bed, space is spacious for the price. The staff are very friendly and helpful also.

Poland* Not much to do around or inside hotel (which might be also big plus! main focus on Tokyo city centre :) ) * AC wasn't functioning well and it was quite loud (I set it up for 21C for the night, but it was still warming the room till it reached 24C when heat woke me up. After that incident I didn't use AC for the rest of my stay. * watch your step when entering/leaving the bathroom, it's easy to hurt yourself if not being careful
Exceptional stay. Considering very low price for whole stay, I was expecting bit worse standard comparing to other hotels within Tokyo city (and it was cherry blossom season), but everything surprised me: * very professional and friendly staff * clean rooms with comfy bed, relaxing window view, adjustable light level of the lamp near bed was nice * new towels and yukata each day * well equipped bathroom, you don't actually have to bring anything with you, because hotel provides shampoo, shower gel, cotton buds, slippers, even toothpaste and toothbrushes (if I knew that before, I could save up some more space in my suitcase for more souvenirs ;) ) * only five minutes walk from Yatsuka station to hotel (also it takes around 20 minutes by train from Yatsuka to reach Ueno station, local train changes automatically to metro Hibiya line) * markets nearby like Daiso

GermanyA second chair in the room would be nice; and the English language competence of the personnel can be improved. Although on demand only every third day there is cleaning of the room, every day there are new towels provided. So for ecological reasons they should also only be provided on demand.
Very good railway connections, 3 minutes from the hotel; room well equipped with a fridge, water cooker, large working table and Yukata. Excellent bed with firm mattresses and pillows – as doctors recommend. A little good restaurant with a Chinese breakfast buffet, lunch and dinner for very well reasonable prices. In the commons are washing and ice machines as well as a micro wave.

United StatesEvery other review mentions this, but it's always worth a re-mention -- the pillows! You get a total of 4 pillows in the double room, and there are two types of pillow. The first type is like some kind of foam rubber, and the other pillow is like a beanbag chair material. Personally, I was not really a fan of either pillow; both were too firm for my taste.
Super convenient location, right next to the station, a grocery store, a 7-11, and even an extremely-American-themed lunch place that you should absolutely go to. Room was clean and pleasant, the windows actually open, and the TV gets a ton of channels, including free video-on-demand! There was a fridge in the room which is nice, and laundry machines were coin-operated and easy to use.
