Spacious room, modern, comfortable. Parking is not cheap (1,500 for 24 hours) but very convenient. Nice staff. Walkable to most attractions, we took the car only to Hida. The TV had casting option and we cast from our phone.

Great service and super facilities. Beds were a bit hard, but family room was large and comfy for family of 4 people. Breakfast was good. Despite paying for 4 people for the room, to include breakfast, we were told that the children didn’t count and that we needed to pay for them separately. I found this to be an odd and confusing rule. Had a disappointing experience in the restaurant. We had a reservation, placed our order and waited almost an hour to get pasta. Staff was apologetic, but it was very frustrating.

This is a new hotel with a modern and stylish design. The rooms are spacious—larger than I expected—and impeccably clean. The hotel is conveniently located next to a bus station, making it easy to travel to Shirakawago. Additionally, the Old Town is just a 10-minute walk away, perfect for exploring the area. A convenience store is also nearby for any quick needs. The staff is incredibly helpful, offering great advice on hotel bookings and even assisting with taxi reservations. The breakfast offers three unique options, which are definitely worth trying. Overall, it’s a fantastic choice for anyone visiting the area.

The hotel was very nicely furnished and the rooms were very comfortable. I liked the concept of including takayama produce or products within the hotel. The onsen was also very comfortable, after a long day of walking. The hotel was a 5-10minute walk from the train station and close to everywhere else.

The positioning of lights, and light switches, in our room was a touch quirky but this is a very minor quibble.

The hotel is very conveniently located near Takayama Station, and is easy to find and walk to. The whole hotel has a classy, airy feel and staff were welcoming from the first time we stepped in the door. Our King room was very large, well appointed, comfortable and warm. We used a number of the hotel’s facilities, including the bar and restaurant, and enjoyed both the breakfast and dinner we had. We (two couples) all commented on how nice the hotel was overall, and how friendly and professional the staff were. We would definitely stay there again if the opportunity arose. Thank you!

The check in time is strictly 3pm, it would be great if check in time could be more flexible.

Great location, only 5 mins walking distance from JR/Bus station. Spacious room for family. Hot bath available on 2nd floor. Friendly staff and no problem with communication. Clean hotel. Coffee in room is great.
