Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Good place, easy check in, clean, and exactly what was advertised with no surprises. Friendly staff member was very helpful, everything worked well.

BrazilBesides the room size, bathroom is too small. Also, the checkin could be more user-friendly, specially because the reception does not work 24h as a hotel should be. It is more like an airbnb. Considerable walk until shinjuku station.
Room size is good compared to the options nearby. It has a wooden table which is useful. Staff is very helpful and supportive.

New ZealandThe room we stayed in had different type of beds, one was hard but the other was sagging in the middle. A bit small to fit our luggages. The self check in process is a great idea but could improved, two different cameras had to be used for scanning document. Aligning passport to the rear camera is not as intuitive. Stairway a bit narrow but that’s the constrained of the building structure.

PolandThe room was generally clean, but the bathroom curtain was moldy and the bathroom floor also looked a little bit like that. I realized that there must be a problem with very high humidity. Nevertheless, the curtain shall be washed and disinfected from time to time. Also, I have turned off the ventilation in the bathroom during the night and in the morning it was smelly inside. The price of the room was quite high in relation to the facilities - maybe it is because the locality within Tokyo, but I have spent also two nights in the area of the main train station in the city and I got better rooms for lower price.
The locality was good, not very far from the Shinjuku station and very close to the Metropolitan buildings. The room small but enough for 1-3 nights maximum.

The location was top very close to subway and bus! We were in the first floor which we were lucky as we were with heavy luggage and they seem not to have lift.

United KingdomNo lift so difficult to carry suitcases up the stairs. Check in was digital (no staff) so nowhere to leave baggage as we arrived early. No breakfast as no staff! Not close to a station so lots of walking.

Nicely located; tucked away in a quiet neighborhood but not difficult to find. Pretty short walk from the nearest subway. The bed was very comfortable and I was able to get a good rest.

AustraliaBasic room, bathroom very tiny (we are in Toyko though!), rooms not cleaned whilst there (we were there for 11 nights) though clean towels were provided if put out box and small bin to empty your room bin to. 2 nights after 12am person upstairs sounded like moving furniture around.
For price was good, fairly quite and nice location on quite side of Shinjuku. More like a small appartment rather than hotel. Lucky person was there otherwise you have to checkin via a screen.
