Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

PhilippinesThe location of the lever for the shower were at the distance from the tub so you had to reach out to turn the shower off and on. Also, there didn't seem to be any hot water available in the lavatory. Aside from that, everything was just fine.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The Urayasu Station was just a 2-minute walk from the hotel and there were a lot of convenience stores and restaurants nearby. The rooms were cleaned daily and we had no problems with the facilities.

United StatesMy shower room had a musty smell to it so the ventilation had to be on 24 hrs. There is only a washer in the room so you would have to hang your clothes in the shower room where it works as a dryer for your clothes. Or you can choose to walk like I did about 5 mins away to the coin laundry to get it washed and dried in one setting. The 2 queen beds, although a decent size, were a bit hard for my taste. There is scarely room for your suitcases if there is alot of you sharing a room. However, their walk in closet should be ample storage for the luggages, so that should suffice. The elevator is very tiny, so on check out day, be prepared to fight for a long wait time to use it if you are especially on a high floor. Also, I did not like the key process. If you leave the hotel, you have to give the front desk your room key to hold, and when you come back, you go back to the front desk to retrieve it. It can be a bit inconvenient to some folks because you cannot get into the elevator without the keys to your room, therefore you had to buzz the front desk to let you into the elevator. It's an actual key, strung to a baton-like stick, so carrying it around would be a bit annoying.
The rooms are very clean. There is a huge supermarket/shopping center just right across the street from the hotel that will make all your cooking more convenient if you choose to just eat in for the day. Staff is extremely friendly and can communicate in English. They have free amenities in the lobby that you can choose from, and will give you other things if you only ask, ranging from a rice cooker to detergent for the washer in your room. They'll even hold you luggage in an area of the lobby in case you get there too early or if you have a later flight to catch back home and don't want to haul your luggages with you and will be within the vicinity. Conveniently close to the metro station, less than a 3 minute walk to Urayasu station from the hotel. There is even a currency exchange location just a couple buildings down in case you need to exchange extra money for yen.

IndiaWe were not told at the time of check-in to leave the key to reception before 10 AM in order to get the room cleaned on that day. This seems too rigid rule. The hotel location is not central. Tozai metro line connects to Central Tokyo in 20 mins. To take the Narita airport express rail under JR pass, you still need to go back to Central Tokyo station. We found the transfers too cumbersome given the number of luggage pieces with us and ultimately took the taxi for airport which was very expensive. From budget point of view, it would still make sense to stay near Central Tokyo towards end of the trip. There is Lawson store below which can also send the luggage to airport but they require atleast one day of advanced notice and we were too late.
Spacious rooms from Tokyo standard. Kitchen was big enough and had all the appliances. Separate toilet and bathroom. Also, separate storage for luggage alongside the 2 beds was nice. Room was clean, modern and beds were comfortable. Staff were helpful, they catered to additional requests and even tried to book restaurant for us when we requested. There are quite a few restaurants near the hotel, even Starbucks just below.

United KingdomWe went to Urayasu for Disney coming from central Tokyo, it was quite a complicated journey finishing in shin urayasu then 36 minutes on the bus from Maihama.. Disney is not accessible from the station in Urayasu. You need either a taxi or train back to Tokyo to pick up the lime for maihama.
The hotel was lovely. Really clean, the staff were great with good facilities in the room. Supermarket accross the road. Urayasu great for the sea.

AustraliaThe room looks clean. It looks like it was clean a few days ago. It would be nice to have the room wipe (in the morning) once again if someone will occupy in the afternoon. Cleaning time is at 10am and check in is at 2pm or 3pm. the doona looks like it was not washed for a long time, it smells dusty (and there was dust on the floor). I developed an allergy on the first night. And two of us had rashes on the legs, something like a tick. I'm from an airbnb business, and I make sure that I will let my family stay where my guest will stay.
The hotel was near the train station, near to places to eat. Also near a convenient store. Also not to far to bus stop going to disney parks.

Best thing about it was infront of hotel is a 24hr shop there. Going to Disneyland, Tokyo was easy. The hotel is a two minute walk going to Urayasu train station.
