There wasn't enough, (any) kitchen utensils, e.g, glasses, cutlery, plates, had to ask family to provide. Maybe a bed settee could be provided in a few rooms instead of two beds as it would make room more comfortable.

Staff friendly and helpful. Location was good. Competitively priced. Housekeeping was thorough, had a good supply of fresh towels and bottled water. Facilities e.g bathroom, washing machine, walk in wardrobe were all excellent. Views were wonderful, especially the nightly fireworks display. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Really close to Urayasu Sta, due to it's location it's really easy to make plans for either Tokyo or Chiba, with a ton of restaurants close by, you can also enjoy some Izakayas and Karaoke right next door. Staff is really friendly and if they don't speak that much English, really try to understand what you want to comunicate. Rooms are really comfortable too, we had a room on the fifth floor that didn't really give that much of a view to the city, but we barely spent any time in it besides for sleeping so that wasn't a problem.

The location is quite far if you want to explore Tokyo center. It takes 20-25 mins by tozai line from urayasu to otemachi which is near Tokyo Station (walk around 5 mins). If you like to travel by shinkansen from urayasu and if you have a lot luggages better taking taxi to tokyo station.

This hotel provides everything for daily life such as, laundry detergent, dish soap, amenities lots of them, towel changing everyday, and it is next to lawson and also in front of 24 hours supermarket. Near to Disneyland.

Hotel was very nice and the location in Urayasu was perfect! Close to Urayasu Station, Lawsons underneath and Seiyu opposite so shops were always available, and plenty of food places in the area. The staff were absolutely lovely and helped with everything even if some struggled with English. I have seen some people complaining about having to call reception every time you want to enter but this is only for the lift as the stairs at the front and back are always open to access reception. Rooms were very clean and comfortable and i would absolutely recommend it to anyone thinking about staying here. Thank you to the staff for the pleasure of staying here.

No wifi. Pretty poor as family of 5 couldn't connect and when we told staff, they said they can't fix it. I would not have booked here if it said no internet. Also when we had room cleaned we returned to room at 10pm, to find both rooms were not locked, not great considering all our cases were inside.

Very clean rooms, super friendly staff! They even helped us shipping our luggage(there is a convenience store right below the hotel that does shipping, but their English isn't that great) Convenience store is open 24/7, and it is very close to the next rain station. 10/10 would visit again

#The hotel receptionist is very polite and helpful. #The hotel very close to the train station(subway) and convenience store i.e. 7E, Lawson and drugstore Matsumoto. There're many restaurant around the hotel. #The bed and bed linen are clean, fresh and comfortable. #The bath and toilet are quite spacious. #There're kettle, microwave, washing machine, kitchen and fridge in the room. The hotel also provide us the pots and pans, plates and cutlery. #The iron and iron board can request from reception.

The lights of the bedroom was kind of too cool, maybe a warmer toned color would make the whole bedroom more comfy~

The facilities exceeded my expectations, the bed was super large, everything was clean and cozy. The staffs were really helpful with our questions and talked fluent English which made the experience really nice. Our plan was to go to Disney the next day, and there was a bus stop at the corner from the stay, which took us only 2 minutes to get there. There's also a 24 hour grocery store across the street, which was really convenient. I would definitely stay here again if I travel to Japan next time :D
