Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. Overall was great. Only thing was housekeeping didn’t come even though we dropped off our keys for the day.
Staff were friendly, good location if you plan to go to Disney(if taking a car) and was close to train station. It was also fairly spacious compared to other hotels I have stayed at for similar value.

Very nice staff, great location and very clean. Nice beds and great shower. Nice area with a big supermarkt and convenieunce stores around the corner. Near to buses and trains. Nice to visit disney from here. Only half an hour bij bus and three different busses with routes, so allways something new to sea.

The laundry services were not as advertised (drying clothes took approximately 24 hours), there were stains on the walls, and mold growth in the shower. Also, the internet was too slow to stream videos reliably.
We liked that the hotel was close to (within walking distance) to multiple stores, restaurants, and public transportation options. We also liked that the staff were not trying to clean/intrude daily.

Rooms are in serious need of a repaint, marks on walls which makes it look almost dirty. Little additions would make a difference too - bedside lighting, being able to dim the main bedroom light, decorative touches.

Only one elevator. Only hotel I’ve ever been to that asks that you take out your towels and trash. Walls were scuffed up. Bathroom had mold.

The hotel is very near the station, will lots of food stores/convenience stores nearby. It’s also kid-friendly and it’s near disneyland, a plus for those planning to go there.

Leaving the key when going off for the day.
Location. 5 Minutes from train station. Buses to Disney 2 minutes away. More of an apartment than a hotel room. Stove top, refrigerator, washing machine.

Although the room had a kitchenette there was no crockery or cutlery provided you had to go to reception and request it and were given paper plates and bamboo cutlery.
We had kids so a $25 taxi ride to DisneyLand and then DisneySea was reasonable. Heaps of great food choices in the streets around the hotel.

It took us sometime to understand the dryer in the bathroom. The room as of now is nice but improvements can still be made such as more shelf can be placed in the bathroom to hang used clothes, kitchen to hang kitchen ware or dry plates and restroom to put other stuffs like tissue.
The facilities is big enough for 4 people. Staff are friendly and super accommodating. Completeness of facilities including kitchenware. Closeness to all types of transportation and the 24 hrs supermarket is like a cherry on the top "bonus".

Add some cooking utensils
Clean place.. very convinient to shops and restaurants. Spacious room .. enough space for four people plus the luggage. Very friendly staff. Very near disneyland so even late and too tired to travel just take a 15 minute bus drive.

About an hour from central Tokyo.
Location to food/shopping/station. Size of room. The Walk in closet made the room far more comfortable to have luggage out of the way. The balcony was also unusual but nice. Quiet.

Would be good if the Aircond vents and Aircond/heater unit is cleaned
Excellent location especially close to Disneyland and the apartment is great for a family of four. A small kitchen, washing machine and 2 double beds is great!

It’s an apartment style hotel to make it feel like you’re at home but I would’ve appreciated for them to provide utensils that we can just wash after each use and store.
Train (URAYASU) Station was 3-4 minutes away. Ton of food places to eat at. There’s a Lawson’s below the building and a grocery store with a pharmacy right across the street. Overall, the hotel location was efficient and convenient. Tokyo DisneySea was also a bus ride away, which is why we chose this for our lodging.

Cleanliness can be improved (dusty around the window and balcony area). Room is small for a family stay. Pillows too flat for a restful sleep.
Location near to Disneyland (there is a direct bus there). Room has everything we needed, especially useful are the washing machine and dryer! We could also rent things like dishwashing liquid and detergent for free. It is near to Urayasu station and many restaurants and supermarket.

There was barely enough hot water to shower for two people. We had to boil water to be able to wash ourselves.
Location was less than five minutes to the train station. Convenient to Disney Land. Felt safe walking around at night.

The location is excellent. Opposite a pharmacy and a grocery store. Daiso is 5 mins walk. Plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff was very helpful. The room was spacious with washer, microwave and stove top

super firm mattresses and internet was a little slow when trying to stream
The hotel was just a bus ride away from Disney. There were markets, restaurants, bars, and train station walking distance. Great area, hotel was just spacious enough, and we enjoyed our stay.
