The futons were not the best. The undersheet and pillow cover were new and freshly cleaned, as well as the yukata the hotel provided. But the blanket and the futon (although I am sure they washed them) were very worn off and a little stained, and had somewhat of a stale smell. I would recommend the hotel buy new ones!

The location right in front of the Lake was lovely and the staff was super kind and helpful! A lovely place immersed in nature. The breakfast was also very nice!

The room is super clean and comfy. The owners are so nice and the food is so decent, they even serve special dish. Great location to view Mt. Fuji. For anime fans, here is where Yuru Camp take place, there are full of anime elements inside the hotel, I'm really enjoyed.

Outside my room was some machinery that made quite a lot of noise so I had to put earplugs at night, I felt a bit disappointed as it was in the middle of nature and I was anticipating silence.

Very nice traditional tatami room with view on Mt Fuji. Dinner and breakfast were amazing and super filling. I'm sad I can't read japanese because there's a huge manga library in the common room. With a free massage chair. I would go back again.

Splendid location for the view and Mt.Fuji, and staffs are friendly. It was a worthy experience to go to the lakeside of Lake Motosu, and enjoy the sunrise in the early morning. Note, Kouan is a must-visit spot for Yuru Camp fans to visit.

The onsen is quite small. It's supposed to be for three people, but you need to know each other quite well to do that!

A great place where to stay near Fuji at a reasonable price. I strongly recommend the food (breakfast and dinner). The view in the morning is truly worth it, and the rooms are big (there was a kotatsu in our room too!)

Awesome experience for the family and great view of Fujisan. Great first time experience for the rural stay with family. Great collection of manga for my oldest boy. Appreciate the great support for the staff and the management to allow us to check in late as we were delay in our drive due to the unfortunate accidents on the highway.

I did not find any flaws in this hotel. Here is everything that is indicated on their website. There is a small library, a children's room. Dinner was very tasty

The only downside was the accessibility. The site is well accessible for cars or bikes; however, if you want to take a walk like me, it's a little inconvenient.

The location has astonishing views and the accommodation itself was very comfortable. Not to mention the friendly staff.

It would have a perfect score if the hotel rooms were a little cleaner and maintained better. My futon smelt like it needed a better wash or replacing. Stained sheets. I also had to walk out my room and quite far down the hall for the toilet.

The staff were really helpful and friendly toward everything and catered to my needs even though I struggled with speaking Japanese. Sorry for making mistakes... I was given a ride back to the Motosu bus stop which would have taken me long to walk. There is a manga room which I was unaware of and I liked. The bath was so relaxing. Access to the beach and an incredible view in the room of the lake. The room was a rural Japanese theme, beautiful. The food was delicious! Dinner and breakfast. Guests were friendly toward me, as a foreigner. The shop was Yuru Camp themed. I was so happy about that. Rin is best girl!
