United KingdomThey are very strict about the 3pm check in time which was surprising for a Best Western. We were extremely jet lagged when we arrived so even being let into the room even just an hour earlier would've made a world of difference to us.
Good location 5-10 minute walk from the main train station. Also, a 10 minute walk or less to the Ramen Museum. Clean and comfortable.

New ZealandThe rooms were smaller than I thought which made it hard to move around plus having big bags didn't help. The beds felt great, but the bed sheets had stains, which some of my friends were unhappy about. Also, two washing machines can be a nightmare if you're not early with your laundry.
The location was great the hotel is next to the train/bus station and other nice convenience stores. Washing machines were good, they can wash and dry your clothes all at one time, but better not to do it with huge bulky clothes cause they won't be dry unless you pay extra. The staff were great and kind, they had rocky English but they did a great job handling jobs that came their way. They also have other good services but need to do your research on them, they also had a scale which was very helpful for me since I needed to measure the weight of my bags.

The location of the hotel was really good, a 5 minute walk from Shin-Yokohama station. We had a very late arrival, which we informed the hotel about and they accommodated for it well. Staff were friendly, spoke great English and were able to help us book a taxi at the end of our stay when we struggled using the Go Taxi and Uber apps. There was also a nice selection of amenities that you could help yourself to

Excellent location. Big room and very comfortable. Easy to get around by subway and metro Convenient as many eateries and supermarket in the vicinity. Tip go to subway counter to get a day pass for bus and subway. Cost 750 yen pp.
