United KingdomThe location was a little remote if you are there ‘out of hours’ with no convenience store nearby and a long walk to any shops/restaurants (apart from the one onsite which was closed for our timings!)- so we ended up on cup ramen from the vending machine for dinner!
Very quirky check in dino robots which made for a bit of fun.. we loved the on site spa facilities (though no time to make the most of them!) and it was a large, clean room for the price

United StatesHad trouble with check-in process with dinosaurs but it was a fun gimmick. Check in took so much longer because we had to wait for the staff to help us and many others.
So close to Osaka airport and walking distance to train. Room was small/compact but had everything we needed for the night. Staff was friendly and attentive.

Hong KongThe check in system was very frustrated. We were a family of 7 and needed to book for 3 rooms. We spend at least 20mins at the front desk and called for help from a staff at least 4 times. The system needs to improve on better instruction on how to self-check in. At the same time while we were checking in the other dinosaur robot were also speaking with other guests which overlap both robot voice and become very confusing.
The location of the hotel is walkable distance to nearby JR and shopping mall. The rooms are clean. Hot spring is clean and spacious. Staff were helpful at booking taxi for our early departure.
