Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

PolandThe hotel is specific. The reception is unattended, you have to check in yourself. In our case, the computer froze and we couldn't get the key to the room. After 10 minutes, a man finally showed up and unlocked the computer. Despite these inconveniences, we remember this hotel as one of our attractions in Japan

LithuaniaI don't like computerized registration. There is no human contact.
The location and breakfast are great. The onsen was also lovely with its sea view.

CanadaConvenient stay 1 train stop from the airport, however, it is a tiny bit of a walk from the train stop. The robotic dinosaur check in was both very cool and easy. The room met my expections and had a wonderful view although could use a deep clean. There was a big noticeable stain on the fabric bench that made me not want to use it at all. Bathroom was small but functional. Overall, was a great stay for 1 night close to the airport. I will say it was weird that we saw absolutely no staff during our stay due to robot check in/check out, but it was not a problem at all and we knew how to get a hold of staff if needed. Did not get a chance to use the onsen due to pure exhaustion but the fresh squeezed orange juice machine in the lobby was delightful.

United StatesIt’s a little bit far away from the Rinku town station although it’s accessible by walking. It could be a lot if it is raining, too hot or too cold.
The room is spacious and the view from the room is facing the sea. I enjoyed the onsen a lot although it is a public one which outsiders can use it as well, it’s very big so really doesn’t matter

AustraliaIt was a bit hard to navigate at night to reach the hotel. But we found it. Check-in and check-out were self served. The onsen is located on 2/F, a restaurant is there serving lunch and dinner, very convenient indeed. We chose this hotel for we needed to catch an early flight the next day.

AustraliaSignage to the restaurant could be better. We literally did not speak to a single staff member except the lady who checked our room information for breakfast.
Easy access from the airport (1 train stop + 10min walk) with late checkin. The robot dinosaurs are a great gimmick and put us in great spirits after the 9hr flight. Room was comfortable and projector was a good distraction for my son. There was a good range of Japanese options for breakfast.

AustraliaFar from Osaka main city.
It was the perfect location for a quick stop over after arriving at the airport. Staff were quick to assist if the dinosaur robots couldn't complete the check-in.

JapanBreakfast was horrible. The morning staff at breakfast was not amazing. The automations at the counter were a good gimmick but if you are at the counter long like us it gets annoying hearing the same 3 phrases over and over. Mark that the car can be stopped at the hotel entrance and where the entrance is… because if you don’t know, bringing the bags in sucks.
The themes were good. The bath was big and the outside bath was good. It was clean

United KingdomI didn't have time to explore though the surrounding location is little grey and not much to look at. You nay choose other side near Outlet, Shopping Centre, Big Wheel if you prefer.
It's close to Rinku Town Station about 10 minutes walk. This hotel and station is on mainland Osaka, is convenient for Osaka International Airport by excellent trains (don't use taxi to avoid expensive Bridge Toll) , if your flight arrival or departure is at night or early morning. The check in / out reception is fully automated with mechanical dinosaurs. Within your room via telephone human staff is available and friendly. I didn't use Spa though I guess it's a n excellent Japanese style public bath separated male / female. The room is nicely decorated with Japanese / Western style and kimono style pyjama and slippers free to use. Vending machines for snacks or breakfast. (I didn't book one as my flight was far too early) Good value for your Yen.

AustraliaIt’s a tricky location to walk to from the station with suitcases. Best to catch a cab.
Our room had great views to the ocean. The spa area is free for guests. The hotel restaurant is excellent and meant we didn’t have to go into the town for dinner.

AustraliaThe room we booked was dark and had a strange, musky smell. It was ok for one night. The washing machine only accepts 100yen coins.
It’s a quirky and fun hotel - not experienced anything like it. At least the robot dinosaurs can speak English :)
