Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The location was a little remote if you are there ‘out of hours’ with no convenience store nearby and a long walk to any shops/restaurants (apart from the one onsite which was closed for our timings!)- so we ended up on cup ramen from the vending machine for dinner!
Very quirky check in dino robots which made for a bit of fun.. we loved the on site spa facilities (though no time to make the most of them!) and it was a large, clean room for the price

Had trouble with check-in process with dinosaurs but it was a fun gimmick. Check in took so much longer because we had to wait for the staff to help us and many others.
So close to Osaka airport and walking distance to train. Room was small/compact but had everything we needed for the night. Staff was friendly and attentive.

The light with the projector was annoying as we didn’t know how the turn the light off
It was really nice and quite, they had a projector for a tv which I love but we couldn’t figure out how to turn off the light while keeping the projector on

Other guests were a bit messy.
Dinosaur receptionists in a cave was a surprise entrance. From there it got only better. Onsen and magnificent breakfast view alone is worth your money for a brief respite before or after a flight.

The bed wasnt as clean as i expected and I encountered an incident where the staff promised me to do my laundry due to their washing machine faulty but when I came back to my room the clothes were not dry and left in a pile on the table.
The view from the room was amazing.

it was about 10min walk from the closest train station with no cover for rain or sun

The check in system was very frustrated. We were a family of 7 and needed to book for 3 rooms. We spend at least 20mins at the front desk and called for help from a staff at least 4 times. The system needs to improve on better instruction on how to self-check in. At the same time while we were checking in the other dinosaur robot were also speaking with other guests which overlap both robot voice and become very confusing.
The location of the hotel is walkable distance to nearby JR and shopping mall. The rooms are clean. Hot spring is clean and spacious. Staff were helpful at booking taxi for our early departure.

Room is not large, but acceptable. The dinosaur could not help to check in, it failed to scan my passport, needed to call staff for help.
Great breakfast, great spa. You can find the beautiful seaview in your room, restaurant and spa. Free carpark. Interesting robot in my room.

Near to shopping, eating, and transport facilities. 1 stop away from the airport. About 15mins walk from hotel to station, with luggage. Right next to the sea. Lovely views in the evening.

after arriving the airport after a long flight, its a great hotel to use the spa, sleep, the restaurant is lovely view of the bay and you can walk to restaurants or the mall. train station is walking distance to airport or to get to kyoto
