This place was like a bad black mirror episode. We booked it for one night so we could fly out to Korea the day after. We thought the location would be convenient, but it was a nightmare and cost a fortune to get a taxi to the airport and it was a long walk away from the train station with heavy luggage. The restaurant was closed for a function, and we couldn’t even find it down a labyrinth of hallways. The room couches were covered in stains, and the beds were horrendously uncomfortable.

Spent 1 night here after a late flight arrival, check in/out via the dinosaurs at the front desk was a bit of fun. Due to late flight we were able to get noodles out of the vending machines which was great for dinner. Overall happy for a quick overnight stay after a long flight. Short walk to the train station.

I felt the rooms were smaller than expected, you only get one pillow and when we asked for another one it was a cold no. The lack of staff presence was felt. A 10 minute walk from the station. It says they offer free shuttle service to the airport but wasn’t available when we were there.

Was greeted by robotic dinosaurs?! At reception. Had to do check in on a screen and pay a bath tax, even though we weren't using the baths?! No staff available to discuss this with and couldn't check in without paying it. Says there's a mini market on site and there isn't so had to walk to one about 10 mins away (after a long day on our feet and I have disabilities so didn't help). Dreadful pillow on the bed.

Pillows were rock hard solid foam, no amenities ie tea, coffee, cream, sugar, moisturiser etc. Beds & sheets poor quality. Shuttle bus suspended but still show operational when booking

You get far more than you expect—especially considering the price. The spa was one of the best I’ve experienced considering it is included in the price, and I say that having stayed at a $1,100-per-night ryokan onsen just the day before.

We stayed in the chocoball themed room as it was the cheapest room when we went to book and when we arrived we were gifted a goodie bag containing a whole heap of chocoballs which was an awesome surprise. Staff are super helpful and friendly. All round great hotel.

Weirdly we were greeted by two robotic dinosaurs in the reception. When we needed assistance the dinos summoned the most unhelpful staff who was bare able to communicate in English. It was impossible to get a decent pillow (felt like a thin piece of brick) and no assistance trying to make our way by taxi to the airport. But the spa was nice with a great outdoors pool sitting squarely at 40 degrees.

The dinosaurs gave us a chuckle as we came in, they even bow at the end of your interaction with them! Our room was spacious and comfortable. Hotel was easy to find, only a couple of minutes walk away from the train station. Staff seemed to be friendly and approachable

I absolutely did not like the pillows. They made my regular sleeping position impossible to maintain and with a bad (previously broken) back and jet lag sleep was difficult at best.

Love the contactless aka dinosaur reception. Made things seamless and easy. The onsen was fantabulous!

I tried to like the dinosaurs but they seem odd in a rather modern Japanese style place but thats didnt take away from the rest🙂

Cute and modern property. I was very comfortable. Onsen was nice , restaurant was good with a pretty view. From the train i took a taxi and was 4$ - seemed easier as the streets around are a bit confusing if youve never been there . Family mart 8 min walk away open 24 hours . Room was spotless and view was great. The hotel is very quick to respond here in messenger. Good price to extend room check out which i did .

There was only one very thin pillow on each bed. When we asked for an extra pillow we were told no. Staff were unhelpful when we asked for assistance with booking a taxi we were told no and simply referred to the QR code (which doesn't work when you don't have a phone number for SMS codes).

The shower room was nice, good pressure.
