Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

ChinaLocation is awkward,if you reach from the train station with heavy luggages you have to carry them cross three blocks and a huge parking lot. There were “non-people” at front desk instead by two electrical Velociraptors from the Jurassic park.If it is you first time check-in here you may feel kind confused. The most unacceptable thing was I had to pay 500 yen more when checking in and I check out 20 mins later the charged me another 2000 yen.

United KingdomNothing that we dislike about the hotel.
This is our second visit to the hotel and we love it! The spring spa is amazing and the room is very clean and comfortable. Very easy access from the Kansai airport. A few convenient stores nearby.

United KingdomSelf check in took too long as every customer seemed to have a problem processing. There was a huge queue at the reception. The staff came out to help but only stayed to give minimum help and disappeared every time. It would've been so much more efficient if there was a staff stationed there serving during the busy period.. Our room was on the 2nd floor(level3) so had to go down to the ground floor for the facilities (microwave, ice dispenser, and to pick up PJs&amenities) Although the room was very clean, it had a funny body oder and the window opened only a couple of inches so no chance to get rid of it.
The staff was nice and helpful. The communal bath next door connected via the corridor was good. There was a spacious chill out area with a little kiosk and a restaurant as well. Check out went smoothly.

ItalyNo people at the reception but 2 talking dinosaurs
The hotel itself is nice and clean but as staff on arrival you have 2 talking dinosaurs and if you want help you have to call the staff, I prefer the direct comparison on arrival with real people. The location is great if you have 1 day and need to take the plane to Kansai early. Unfortunately the spa was not accessible for people with tattoos. Room and services ok.

South KoreaThey can trash your valuable belongings! DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! I left my iPhone 15 Pro Max in this hotel and they disposed of it in the end! On their official website, it says they stored items for 1 month but they mentioned it was "MISUNDERSTANDING" and mentioning in the JAPANESE website it says within 14 days and if the items are not worth keeping, they simply dispose of them. The strange thing is that other Heena hotel policy is that they will report them to the police as lost property! This is outrageous and so pitiful that I experienced this type of service in JAPAN.

United StatesI saw other people wearing the spa yukata or matching shirt and shorts. I could not figure out where they got them. They weren't in the room - I looked everywhere. They weren't in the spa. It was only after I walked back out to the registration area to check out that I saw a big shelf with them stacked up. I basically walked right by it, possibly not noticing it as I walked through the door with my luggage or maybe it was empty that night. Oh well. If you do stay here just remember to look for that after you check in and can go through the first door with your door key.
I needed a layover hotel close to the Kansai airport and this was super ideal! I didn't know how long it would take for me to get through the passport control and deal with picking up wifi, exchanging money etc at the airport to know exactly when I would get to the check-in counter. But it wasn't a big deal because there were two amazing automated dinosaurs waiting as you walk in and an easy to use computer monitor. Fantastic! and super fun. I also knew that after a long day of travel that I really wanted an onsen option at the hotel so this was the perfect place. I didn't even realize the hotel was there as I walked from the local train station and walked right past the big spa and then walked back to see the hotel next to it. Driving is easier to get here, but I took the train from the airport only one stop. Quiet street at night in the dark was no problem at all, except the gps may not realize you are on a sidewalk and that the hotel / spa are up on a hill from the sidewalk. Funny, but I made it just fine. The room was super comfortable. Having the slippers and the ticket to the onsen makes me want to just go back there again on every trip! The vending machines were also great because there's nothing else around the hotel if you walked here like I did. I even had some ice cream! The spa is worth the visit. I also loved being able to look out the window at the water and the airport in the distance. The breakfast was fantastic. I will definitely stay here again if I fly to Osaka or I'll find this brand hotel in other places. Super awesome!

MalaysiaNo human touch at all. We were greeted with 2 Dinosaurs at the reception when we arrived. I was very surprise because I did not noticed that when I made the booking. We have to do everything ourself, no human at the reception to attend to you. In the room there is a intercom where we could speak to a staff, but he was not helpful at all, because we had a problem to book a taxi for next day morning at 6 am to airport. We called the telephone numbers given to us were not successful, the reply was the telephone number was not in service. We download the Apps given by the hotel also having problem, we tried to ask the staff to help but his answer was something like " we are not providing this kind service, you have to do it yourself" The attitude of the staff really frustrated us.
I like the onsen, it has a big glass window where you can enjoy the pool at the same time enjoy the sea view outside.

Such a cool experience for my kids getting checked in by dinosaur robots. Room size good for 2 people. We had 2 rooms, next door to each other. The onsen was lovely. The restaurant and cafe were also good value. Staff were pleasant when leaving our luggage in the morning as we couldn't check in till 3. We all used the foot massager in the rooms and we had a lovely sea view.

PolandTo book a taxi to the airport one needs to use a Japanese app. The hotel staff would not help.
it is very difficult to get just anywhere from the hotel location. The train station in 10 min away but to get to the fast trains one needs to stop over another station. To get to Osaka it takes more than an hour on a very slow and crowded train. The view was great, the restaurant and food nice. The spa is overrated, one needs to go there nacked but the spa is just two baths with warm water.

SwedenPoor service, lack of information about the onsen, we got the massage about no tattoo for entering the same day we checked in, so we didn’t have chance to cancel the booking with refund. No receptionist on the front desk which made check in difficult and complicated, the air conditioning was really poor in the lobby and the corridors.

United StatesThe website advertised a private Hot spring in my bedroom, and there was none. I went back downstairs to the rude staff ( not happy as their dino robots were not working, and the staff was overwhelmed) and the female staff rudely responded that the hot springs are only in a hot spring resort nearby. not even in the same property. I asked for a refund, but they said they would not do a thing for me. the room was extremely tiny. there was a tiny robot in the room which kept on coming alive and speak Japanese. I tried to turn the language to English, it would stay in Japanese. I tried to turn it off, but it would bother me regularly. I finally had to place a piece of clothing on it to shut it up.

Near the airport Great view during breakfast, maybe selection of food might be a bit better and no necessarity to take shoes or sleepers off while there.. Room pretty OK for 2 people. There's 3 of us and spare bed was squeezed into the small room, also very uncomfortable bed.. I think modern reception with dinosaur robots and electronic check in wasn't necessary, better would be when a human could be at the counter which could solve any questions or small issues in foreign country. Staff called was helpful and finally did the job but car park only for cash and some promotions depends when you stsy it's a bad idea and not clear when you fly back next morning. Eventually we were able to call staff and pay in hotel by card, but all this wasn't needed. Just i think it's not good for this place, all those small bits for hotel located mostly as nearest, before people's back to theirs country.

United StatesNo airport shuttle, no shuttle to train station. Room description says each room has a hot tub/onsen. That is incorrect. The hotel has access to onsen, but the rooms do not have them individually.
The onsen building was connected to the hotel so we didn't have to go outside. Loved the onsen facilities. I loved the extremely firm beds.

GuamI booked 2 rooms and they both smelled bad. We found that it was the carpet that smelled. The walls were scuffed up and the couch was full of stains. The staff that helped us were not friendly at all. Not common for Japan. Washer and Dryer was ok. Dried clothes 3 times because once was not enough.
Close to JR station. Restaurant and Spa were great.
