When you do need to speak to someone it can be a little bit frustrating as it takes a while for someone to respond. The dinosaur interaction seems to imply that humans will be called and with you shortly but that doesn’t actually happen. Instead, there is a phone in the corner by the toiletries where you’re supposed to call the humans.

It’s a fun concept with the robot dinosaur front desk “team”. Breakfast and happy hour was neat and adequate. The rooms are efficient, comfortable and clean. Can’t ask for more.

One morning the lady who was assigned that time on preparing breakfast was rude . She did not allow us take something to eat even 15 minutes and said they will open dining 6:30am. I have my child with me during that time. We cannot have riceball or breads. Instead my daughter only ate cereal. Also every guest are allowed to take 2 pcs of riceball each. But for some reasons i dont know what she was thinking she only gave us 4 pcs riceball for us 2 adults. What about my child?

The vents were filthy, filled with dust, and noisy. The room felt stuffy, and there were dirt stains on the carpet.

The dinosaurs at the reception are very cool. The bed was large and comfortable.

The receptionists in the hotel are robot dinosaurs. It was fun the do the check-in this way. Also there are free lockers to be used if arriving before check in time. The location also was very good. Near to metro stations and there were lot of activities nearby.

Checking in with the dino robots was a fun experience, although some of the kids seemed to be scared of them. Breakfast was included and was good - a few vegetarian options available (although not marked as such). The bedroom was comfortable with a private bathroom.

Fridge not super cold. Only 3 hard pillows. Walls need paint touch up. Prefer hotel rooms without carpet (most Japanese hotels have it). This one needed cleaning. Most do.

King size bed and separate wet bathroom made for comfortable stay. Room was bright, even though windows had a translucent film covering, to obscure the view of neighboring building. Lovely simple breakfast. Great neighborhood. Dinosaur check in was fine and there was always staff on site.

convenient location near dotonburi, has multiple karaoke places nearby. the dinos are fun and staff will come help if you have any issues. rooms are very nice and comfortable, free drinks and calpis on tap.

No clear information received on breakfast timing, thus missing it even if paid, as arrived too late.

Nice hotel in perfect location, few meters from Shinsaibashi metro station and famous shopping district. Check in is nice with dinosour robots, but immediately require intervention from a staff member to complete (which is unfortunate). Nice to have drinks available during the day in the lobby. Staff always available for needs (e.g. luggage storage after check-out). Room was nice, chosen "big" triple bed (used for 2 people), space is small but everything needed is there for a short stay.

Very,very small lifts - long wait to get enough space to fit us and luggage at checkout.

Shower is a bit weird, seems like you can take it in the whole bathroom, not only in the bath itself (&wet the floor). Lack of shelves in the room & in the shower.

Great location close to Namba. Shops, restaurants and grocery stores are located within walking distance from the hotel. The personnel is very friendly and helpful! Comfortable bed. Luggage storage is available in the hotel.

This has the worst breakfast I have ever had in my life. It’s in the entrance of the hotel and there’s barely any tables. The first day we were right next to the door which kept opening because we were super close to it. They only have rice balls, some pastries, cereal and yogurt. Our last day we were there at 6:30 and the woman was still settting up (supposedly it opens at 6) The coffee was not prepared and she didn’t bother doing it

Great location! The room is very cleans and comfortable beds. They have free coffee and biscuits during the day and drinks at night.

Staff were quite ignorant i asked a male member of staff if he could phone us a taxi to airport and he sort if pulled a face then said yes he went into back room and we didnt see him afain so we didnt know if he ordered us a taxi or not well 25 minutes later were still waiting so i aked a lovely lady staff member if she could phone me a raxi as her male staff member had not came back to let us know and what a difference in personalities she was super helpful she phoned 5 different taxi firms till she got us one cant remember her name but she was a black lady and she was fab well done to u

Couldn’t book a room for 4 so booked 2 rooms for 2 each and split up. The robot hotel could be a bit better but it’s priced for what you get I guess.

Clean and budget friendly hotel. Not much robot activity but does entertain the kids for a few minutes. Don’t expect too much.

Really great location, close to Dontonbori but not so close that you get any noise. Just down the street from the Shinsaibashi-Suji Shopping Street! Subway and trains just outside to access. The breakfast was cereals, pastry and ongiris and miso soup but it really was enough to fill us for the morning. The room although Japan standard size did feel smaller than usual but we are 2 adult and 2 children. Our young kids absolutely loved the dinasaurs and robots. It helped to bring them back home from a day out.
