Breakfast in the adjacent restaurant was ok. No variety though - 2 kinds of sandwiches; same kind everyday. But bonus points for having the option to pack the sandwiches to go. Although staff can be called if needed, property should have additional signs to let guests know where the staff is staying at.

Very good location. 1 street away from Shinsaibashisuji. Access to the metro at the end of the street.

Really good location close to transport and main attractions. Room small but adequate size and well equipped. Friendly receptionists. Vending machine right outside for water at only ¥100

Room size is a bit small. No lobby area, and you have to pick up pajamas by yourself at the ground floor everyday.

The hotel location is very good, near to shopping area and subway, We stayed 3 person as familly , it good that we stayed together in 1 room as triple bed room type while you can't/ difficult to find triple bedroom type from other hotels. Room price is reasonable.

I would prefer more variety in the menu, especially for those with food allergies. There were only two options to choose from, and both were very similar sandwiches.

Room could have been a bit more spacious, but, to be honest for the price we paid I thought the size was perfectly reasonable. Everything else was great.

Lovely modern hotel in a great location. Had everything we needed and was sufficiently spacious for two of us. The robot dinosaurs were a fun gimmick and actually check in was exceptionally smooth process! Great value for money also.

Felt a bit soulless. The dinosaurs were fun but do not replace a human greeting you.

Clean rooms, great bathroom. They have a great way of locking your bags up so you can leave them there before booking in or after checking out.

Room was clean and the hotel is in a great location- very close to the Shinsaibashi Train Station. Lugging a suitcase around wasn't so bad given it's close proximity to the station.

The room doors could use some better soundproofing. Between the rooms were great, but you could easily hear people in the hallway. Breakfast options are also a bit limited, with only two options of toast, they were delicious, however!

Loved the dinosaurs at the check in, very hard workers! The room was spacious and comfortable, and well maintained! Very well worth the price!

Wasn't too sure of the automated check-in procedures and the dinosaurs were more of a gimmick than anything else. Had to call for human assistance, so you have to wait a bit if there were other travellers checking in.

Modernish hotel located just across the street from Shinsabashi. Connected to Shinsaibashi Station Mido-Suji line subway via the underground shopping mall (come out at Exit 8 and you're right at the entrance of the lane leading to the hotel). Stay was comfortable and pleasant. The hotel is in a quiet office neighbourhood, with Family Marts just around the corner.

Would be nice if there was somewhere to hang the hand towel, since sink is in the room and not bathroom. Also, I thought I booked room with big bed for 2, but we got 2single beds, which then staff member pulled together. Was ok in the end. It would be nice that dinosaurs greet people when they enter hotel, otherwise they are just programed for check in. But really nothing too bad. Just some comments for improvement :)

Dinosaurus receptionists are very cute, and rooms are nice modern. Ok size as well. Location was really great!

Breakfast, served in a cafe' next door to the hotel, in limited in choice / quantity and quality should be improved.

I was curious about this hotel experience with dinosaur robots, apart from other criterias. Actually robotic welcome is definitely interesting but quite limited, and you easily end in requesting a human support (always available). Hotel is in a nice location for shopping, sightseeing and public transport, and rooms are bigger then avarage for same price, so overall good price/quality ratio. Services are anyway quite limited. Staff is really helpful and met my expectations when facing an issue upon check-in.

Dinosaur receptionists were very efficient. Dancing group of robots when you say 'dancu shite ne' was very memorable. There are also human staff that were very helpful and kind. Was cleanest bathroom in my opinion on our trip that is strange in design but worked out very good for us.

The layout of the hotel is not easy to open up the luggage/baggage and the table is not really useful for who wanna eat some food

Location is very convenient and nearby with a elevator exit from the MRT station which much easier to carry luggage to the hotel
