United KingdomThere was no further robotic experiences other than the check in which was disappointing as this is main reason we selected this hotel. The breakfast was poor limited choices and told only allowed a certain number of each item which seemed a little odd considering we paid for breakfast. It would not be worth booking if you were going to see the robotics.
We liked the dinasours and check in experience was fast. Location was good close to town and trains.

Also the paid breakfast was really poor of choices, no real table room and this is the first time that I came across a breakfast buffet with quota on consumption. Overall we really would switch hotel given the chance.

The check in, check out process was smooth - accompanied by dancing, talking dinos! The place provided a small but substantial breakfast every morning (onigiri, miso soup, selection of pastries, cereal and juices, and coffee and tea). Room was comfortable and a good size for the area. We went to japan for our very belated honeymoon, and the staff went above and beyond to welcome us with a printed sweet message and cute towel art (in the shape of dinos!). Location was very central and perfect for us!

AustraliaGiven the front desk is unmanned, a potential downside for international travellers is that you cannot interact with staff to ask questions or request help with directions, local reservations etc. There is an option at the desk to call for staff, but you have to wait around for the staff to meet you. Also the hotel was not able to organise luggage transfer to our next destination for us. Personally, I found the Japanese style pillows hard and uncomfortable to sleep on.
Location is optimal as it's only a two minute walk to Shinsaibashi metro station and the main Shinsaibashi mall (around 5 minutes to Dontonbori.) Rooms are adequately sized and all amenities are provided either in-room or in the lobby. There's also a nice assortment of free beverages and cookies available in the lobby.

If you like lively areas, that place is for you. The location is very good, Dotonbori is within walking distance, all day the hotel provides different snacks, depending on the daytime it is different, in the evening they serve free soft and alcoholic drinks, it was a pleasant surprise for us. Rooms are not big but nice and comfortable.

NetherlandsRoom carpet, walls and bed sheets had stains. The other guests in the hotel raided the breakfast every morning so be early. There are also only a few tables and breakfast is in the lobby so you'll probably have to eat it in the go. Other guests were quite rude which made the lobby a bit unpleasant. Too bad, since the hotel staff tried their best and was very nice.
The drinks bar was nice, you could pick a drink before leaving or when coming back which is very welcome on a hot summer day.

Room, Location(BEST), Clean, Good breakfast, Friendly and Reliable Staff. Location is best and near/accessible to all our destinations. Our first Osaka dinner meal was a 2min walk to McDonald's. The nearest train stations were: Shinsaibaishi (4min walk to the R) and Nagahoribashi(7min walk to L). It is a 4min walk to the Shinsaibashi-Suji street where Malls like Daimaru are located and a 11-14min walk to the Dotonbori Glico Sign. It is readily accessible to our our itinerary locations and meet-ups for day-tours. Pokemon cafe is at the Daimaru Shinsaibaishi (do book ahead at least 2months ahead but you can try your luck if some appts get cancelled). We arranged van pickups(USJ transfer; KIX transfer) and usually we were the first clients to be picked-up. After a day's tour, we usually alight from Namba station and walk towards the Hotel. Major malls are usually til 8pm. It was our first time to have an automated check-in to a hotel using our passports. The Lobby was quite unique that it'll be memorable for kids with their dino and robot set-up. Staff is readily available for assistance by pressing this option on the monitor. Check-out is a breeze with inserting the room keycard/s into the machine. Room is clean and complete with amenities/accessories as advertised. Our bed is spacious for a family of 3, but with minimal space for opening our luggage. We have to set them upright with organizers on top of luggage for easy access to our clothes. Our pillows are too soft for us but we were provided one blanket each as requested during booking. Bath mat, bath and hand towels are provided daily. For our week stay, room cleaning was every 3rd day. There are 2 service elevators to our floor. Breakfast was good for us from 630-930(LO) and with a limited space, guests were allowed to bring breakfast to their rooms. Breakfast included rice balls, breads/pastries, cereals, miso soup, milk, coffee/tea and juices.

NorwayThe staff removed the breakfast in front of confused customers at 09:32 because apparently that is what “breakfast until 10:00 (L/O 09:30)” means. They could at least have asked if we would like to grab something of what was available before they took it away - when several customers clearly had “misunderstood” the system. Check in with the dinosaurs did not work, but that was expected and a member of the staff showed up quickly to help us.
The rooms were as expected with all necessary amenities, and the location was very good. Good value for the money.
