That we stayed only the one night.

Close to Daimon station, just cross the road at the lights. Convenience store close by. Lobby was small, but ok during our arrival time. The self check-in was smooth and efficient. We were assigned the top floor and upon opening the door, the view of Tokyo Tower greeted us. It was quite a view. The room was large enough for 2 beds and a sofa bed. If the sofa bed wasn't opened, the space would have been sufficient. For westerners, they may find the bed a bit on the hard side, but i thought it was more comfortable than my own bed. Bathroom was of a Japanese type and large. Overall, the room was clean and comfortable.

The robotic receptionists did nothing. Check-in is totally on a screen and is annoyingly tedious.

The room was quite small but this was expected. The mattress was a bit thin but I slept surprisingly well regardless of this.

Check in was not as easy as it seemed and required a staff member to come out to help. The "robots" at check in were a bit of novelty fun. Location was excellent for getting to and from the airport. We stayed here because of needing 1 night to stay before an early flight home and this hotel served this purpose very well. I probably wouldn't stay here longer than 1 or 2 nights due to the room being quite small for two people. It would be comfortable enough for one person.

Nice clean rooms, bathroom is good size, modern furnishings. It was impressive how well thought out the space was. Under bed storage, space to open up a suitcase under the desk as well, fridge, kettle (tea), clothes styler in the room. Location is perfect - close to JR Station and monorail for Haneda airport. We did not have breakfast, but it was offered in the morning. In the evening, we found plenty of places to eat out in the close vicinity. Overall we had a great stay.

No coffee making facilities, lumpy pillows and bed. Checking in for 1 room is fine but if have multiple rooms, need to indicate a specific name for each room. Else machine can’t check us in.

Rooms were small for a couple, even for Japan. We probably should have upgraded to a larger room, but we thought we’d be put most of the time day or night. But it would have been nice to have a guest lounge or a bar. Robots were a tad disappointing - a few trite phrases snd face movements while the automated checkin was identical to ones we’d seen elsewhere (without robots)

Great location and very clean, everything worked. Very reasonable price for Tokyo. Lits of good eating places in the immediate area including ramens, great espresso coffee and a highball bar with great smacks both immediately downstairs.

Nothing not to like

The howl is very welll located near to the Hamamatsuchō Station from were you can use JR connections to many places in Tokyo, including Tokyo Station or you are at walking distance to the Tokyo Tower. There is a small breakfast area with a nice and very friendly breakfast. If you have any question to hotel staff, there is always friendly and helpful staff available independently of the robots at reception. Rooms are at usual Tokyo hotel sizes but with all amenieties.

I had two big suitcases to carry from the train station. It was very challenging to get out from north exit(only two blocks away from there) they only had stairs if your suitcases are heavy, it’s is almost impossible. So I had to walk back to a different exit(I believe it was south exit, they have elevator) and walked longer getting to the hotel. So be prepared especially with small children. I hope they install elevators or escalators soon before I go back again :)

Welcomed by robots was very different and fun! Check-in is super fast using a QR code to get a room key. It’s close enough from the station to get to different sightseeing spots, find dinings, close to Mini stop and Lawson to get little snacks and drinks. It’s not on main street, so it is quiet at night. Room is small but it is Tokyo, and very reasonable, so it meets an expectation! I stayed there one night catching my flight, but surprisingly it was very convenient for me to do a little sight seeing.

Would like to have been a couple of floors higher, as the "view" of Tokyo Tower that I paid a little extra for was not the best.
