The rooms are a little small (even for Japanese standards) but are very clean nonetheless.

I stayed here for the last night of my trip before flying home to Australia. The location was perfect - there are many restaurants in the local area and Hamamatsucho station is only a 5 min walk away. The convenience of the hotel location made getting to the airport a breeze and they were happy to store my luggage while I waited for my evening flight. I completed the check-in online in advance so did not have much interaction with the robots on arrival but I enjoyed the check out process of returning my key and having the robot bow in thanks. I selected to stay in a room with a view and I was very happy with that decision.

The hotel room is the tiniest I have ever been in.

The location is convenient and easy to find. Excellent for a short stay if you wish to take the monorail to Haneda airport. The self serve luggage deposit room is handy. Modern and very clean. Breakfast included.

Daily cleaning of the room was really irregular -- the first day we even wondered if the room had been cleaned at all. For instance, used tea mugs were not replaced by clean ones, floor was not hoovered for days, bed was not very well made, etc.

Just the bed being too firm and pillows a bit hard but that's only due to personal preference, We still slept well.

The location was really close to the station so convenient when traveling, especially after a long flight. I didn't hear any noise from other rooms or much outside. The fridge and safe where very convenient, and storage under the bed was a huge bonus.

We needed to shorten our stay by one night, and tried to make an amendment well within the free cancelation timeframe. They said we could reduce by one night (3 nights instead of 4) but it would cost us about $200 to do so! Insane! I pointed out how illogical it was to have to pay more money for fewer nights but they wouldn't budge. So, we had to rearrange our Japan trip. Very disappointing.

Breakfast was great. Location is strategic for us - it's near the JR station and the metro subway station.. there were lots of 24-hour restos nearby. And of course, it's close to the Tokyo Tower.

the robots for which I booked the hotel were not working (probably they were on strike) and the staff with honorable efforts tried to serve us . that was disappointing the room was small and not perfectly clean

The table seat had no back support.

Great location with plenty of metro/subway and JR lines to choose from. Clean and well equiped room with fridge like steamer that cleans your clothes. Replaced towels etc even if DND sign on.

The self check-in machines kept malfunctioning. I queued for 50 mins at 3pm checkin time as everyone kept getting errors on the machine and everything just slowed down so so much. In the end many ppl have to be checked in by human staff. Just doesn't work. Also the robots don't do much so it's not that fun..

Great location. Compact but sufficient rooms and good lockers. Staff are kind and helpful. Love the LG machine!
