Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomBreakfast is actually in the Irish bar so a little odd it's but it kinda works. There is no seating area downstairs unlike other Henn na hotels we stayed at but I guess again they use the bar for that. But be nice to have a breakout area even if small to make a phone call or to get space from the small rooms.
Rooms are small but to be expected, bathroom area has 2 rooms so that seemed more spacious. Super clean. Good location, area seemed much nicer than the previous part of Tokyo that we stayed. It was also nice after 3 weeks of traveling around, to have an Irish Bar right next door to chill out and have a drink if you wanted to get out the room. Also a 7/11 is a 30 seconds walk.

Very good location. Small room but bigger than rooms at APA. Everything in the room that you need. Good bed. Good air-conditioning. Good shower. Integrated clothes steamer. No humans at reception,only robots, but check in and out were straight forward. Convenience shops nearby as is a good onsen. Book early for good prices.

United KingdomCould have done with more than one pillow each as my personal preference. The room temperature also didn't seem to go below 20C but that might be a user error. Room was pokey but to be honest we didn't mind as we didn't spend too much time there.
Location was perfect and so close to the metro for the ginza line. Very cheap and cheerful. The LG styler was fun to use. Shower was very powerful. Really enjoyed the robot receptionists.

Bed was big and comfy. It was a 2 min walk to a train station with the ginza line. This made travel so easy and accessible. Lots of amenities to help yourself to.
