Extremely small room (I mean tiny) and pity shuttle doesn’t run midday.

Does the job for a short stay. The toiletries bathrobes etc were excellent and the room clean. Great shuttle. Good value.

Shuttle is 1st come 1st serve, however some people in the queue were waiting for others, could be unfair for people who could come earlier and could not board due to that reason Proper booking would be better I think

Not far from Haneda airport with free shuttle Check in with dinosaurs is quite fun, even if it didn't work for us - however the staff came right away to help us Room is regular size for Japanese business hotel.

Excellent place to stay if you have an overnight layover at Haneda Airport, just three subways stops from Terminal 3 and a short five minute walk from Otorii Station. Everything, including check in and check out, is automated, though there is a staff member that can be called if there are any issues. Do be aware that the Tokyo accommodation tax is not included and you must pay upon arrival (¥200 at the time of this review), so be sure to have some cash on hand to put into the machine at the front desk. Interesting dinosaur theme and comfortable, clean rooms, albeit a bit tiny. I'd definitely book again if coming back through Haneda.

Location is very convenient for the Haneda airport. The shuttle service. The check in was a bit difficult because of the long name of the person who need the reservation, hiwever th3 staff came to help us. Check out was super easy. Overall good experience.

For a hotel with a name that translates to 'strange hotel', there wasn't much strange about it once you got past the front desk robots checking you in. And unfortunately, for one of the two rooms we booked, even that didn't fully work right. For some reason the machine asked me to insert my room key at the point when it should have been issuing me a key, and I had to press the button to call a human out for assistance.

Breakfast was good, though there was a little confusion at first. When we arrived at the breakfast area the gentleman asked if we had reservations. This sounded at first like we had to make a reservation for breakfast at a specific time. We tried to confirm that this was the hotel restaurant and breakfast included with the room, but I think there was enough of a language barrier that it wasnt clear. We walked away and came back a few minutes later and figured it out. he was just trying to confirm that we were hotel guests, and asked for our room number, not that we had reservations for breakfast.

It’s very well located a few minutes wall from Otorii station. Very clean and quiet. Shuttle to airport. Microwave facilities. No staff at check in just a couple of dinosaurs and a robot. Easy check in
