2 big luggages will fill the room walkway. We stayed for a night so not an issue. We still had to wait for staff to manually assist when we encountered issues at the self check-in.

7-10mins walk from the train station (super nice karage shop right outside the train station!!), have convenient stores / eateries nearby. There's free morning shuttle to Haneda airport - make sure to check the schedule and be at the lobby early. You'll have to pay 500 yen to use the washing machine - reasonable, given the amount paid for the room. Basic amenity kits are next to the ground floor lift. Pick it up before you head to the room.

We didn't like the computer check in process. Their computers didn't work. It to one of the two staff members too long to fix their computer problem. We didn't like the size of the room; it was too small. We had problems with the heater; it keep turning itself off. I would never stay here again.

Hard beds! Super hard beds was glad it was only 1 night.

Good location, fair price. Needs better instructions for airport shuttle bus from the airport. We missed it due to being in the wrong location. Ended up costing 1800 yen for taxi.

A nice, comfortable room with everything needed for a night, a most excellent reception, very smooth check-in and check-out, a great airport shuttle bus service, and electric sockets conveniently placed in bed headpost - most appreciated.

No easy early check in or late check out. Also the shuttle did not run all afternoon and the last shuttle was at 1 am.

Staff were on hand to help with the self check in process. The room was extremely clean and had comfortable beds. The shuttle was posted on line and was right on time. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Stupid robot check in. A real person had to come and help us. Rooms are very very small. Like very small. Think small and then subtract 50% small. Initially thought I'd use their airport shuttle but it only runs ever hour and it you cant fit on you are screwed. Smarter to walk to the train station.

The reception Is completely A.I (artificial intelligence) There is a phone to contact staff but the staff don’t come out to assist just talk on the phone. It was very difficult to communicate. The rooms were tiny. There was no where to put luggage.

The minor booking issue, which was not a problem on behalf of the hotel but through the app for booking.com, was the only issue I had. Possibly more hours for the bus from the hotel, as I had a slightly later flight and there wasn't a bus during that time. I took the subway, which was very convenient in location, so it was all fine!

The hotel staff (both human and robot) were very nice. Check-in was a bit difficult, but that was due to a booking issue with the system not anything bad on the end of the hotel. The rooms were cozy, clean, and very well designed. Loved the light switches being in the bedframe, as well as usb ports and outlets in the bedframe! So convenient. The vending machines had very good options and were all convenient. The bus to the hotel was convenient as well.

Using the washing machine and dryer was a total waste of money. The machines are outdated. The washing machine does not spin the water out properly. Also the dryer was a rip off - iy never dried the clothes. this was a total money pit. Eventually I had to go to a Laundrette two blocks away to dry the clothes. I would suggest Guests use one of the two Laundrettes not too far from the 7-11. Please Please DO NOT USE THE WASHING MACHINES AND DRYER IN THIS HOTEL
