I absolutely loved the check in process! I have never seen robots greet and check guests in before and I loved it. The hotel was very clean overall and I would definitely return.

The hotel-airport shuttle bus has restricted schedule which is not always convenient especially when we arrived at 23:50. It was quite confusing to find the police box. The check-in process is not straightforward. We required help from the staff during our 2 stays at the the hotel. The bathroom is clean and tidy but the drain is noisy after using the toilet and the tap.

The hotel is handy to the airport if the shuttle timetable meets your requirements.

It was very clean! The air-conditioning was great in the heat. There were many places nearby to walk and buy food and. The staff were very professional and helpful and polite! I even asked for some help to take a sim card out of my Android and a female workers helped me out! Also it was very close to the airport so we got there and were able to rest even though our flight arrived after midnight.

Website was confusing. What is Theatre room? double room means one double bed. I was booking for two people so that didn’t work. Ended up two people sleeping on the same bed. Need more explanation on the website.

the room was excellent with a super comfy bed, a desk, hangers and a bathroom with everything you would need - I arrived from Haneda airport around midnight so it was the perfect option being super easy to get to and with check -in available pretty much anytime since you could check-in on computer / tablets

We like everything about this hotel. It's a quiet hotel with robots for check-in. Kids love the T-rex. Great breakfast. Convenient location (near Haneda airport) with free shuttle bus. We will return to this hotel in the future.

The room was very cramped as well as ugly. It wasn’t dirty but not very clean either (can’t say it was clean to Japanese standards) I was charged extra JPY 100 at the time of check-in and there was no explanation for it whatsoever as there was no reception staff. I had paid for the room rent in full in advance. Don’t know why I was charged that extra 100 yen. Used the laundry and the dryer. The dryer is set at a low temperature and I used it three times and still the clothes did not dry. Only a couple of tea bags in the room. No coffee or any other alternatives. Only two teabags! Sort of a first time to experience it for a room worth 14,000 JPY.

The atmosphere, the room was perfect, the check in was quick and easy. The location was excellent for walking around the city. Shuttle is a bonus.

I absolutely loved being greeted by the robot dinosaurs and desk clerk. This was a pleasant surprise. The room was very comfortable and the shower had amazing water pressure. It was an unexpected stay for me that helped me complete a month long trip on a positive note. Added bonus was the shuttle to the airport, quick and easy!

Shuttle bus times are too limited, a huge gap in the day makes it less good.

Love the dino staff, but human staff came out quickly when it didn't work well. Shuttle ws convenient. LG closet was great!

Hotel has robot check in, which was amazing. I wish US would dump surly, entitled millennial staff who don’t realize that making 100$ a day for a brain dead job that a robot could do is GOOD MONEY for the robots. Room tiny, but who cares? Shower worked, WiFi worked, no roaches or vermin in room unlike Days Inn or Four Points hotels. Also had a shuttle.

This location in very clean and the staff is very friendly and kind. I stayed in a single room, and it was incredibly small. The room was very clean, and it had just every amenity I needed.

I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet, its rare theres stuff for me since im vegetarian but there was here and it was really good! The miso soup and currys were the best I had! A good selection of other food choices for everyone too! Also vending machines for usage throughout day and gachapon machines in reception were fun! I love the animatronic dinosoars and the background display it was so fun and cute! Really clean place and high tech facilities in room.
