The sheets were dirty on the bed. There was hair and brown stains on the bed linens, I don't know many hotels that do not change the sheets between customers, disappointing.

Great Location, didn't use the shuttle because we arrived at the airport too late.

Bus from the airport to the property not well described, airport tourist information said there is no more bus due to covid. All the automation is not very well explained in advance and at the property - in English.

Everything was self-service. Check in etc. the room the aircon/heater, bathroom high quality. Immediate hot water, easy to operate etc. Spotless, very quiet. Easy bus to the airport. Staff very responsive. All amenities, kimono etc are available for free at the lobby.

there is only self-check-in counter. I don't have any difficulty checking-in but will expect someone that can answer my question anytime at hotel.

The shuttle bus to the airport, particularly helpful for the morning flight at around 9am. The room is spacious and clean with a flippable table.

Very advance checked in system. Love it when the machine cant detect our passport, there will be staff that came to us to help. Very smooth checked in. Also has free transport to Haneda Airport! Comfortable place and approximately 5 mins walk to the place from Otorii station! Great place overall.

Everything seems to be geared for Japanese people not much in translation into English. Everything from registering to the TV remote the heater remote was in Japanese. Good thing I had Google Translate. Even some Japanese people that came in after me we're having problems registering for their room.

For the price it was a very comfortable room seem to be well maintained a little bit small but otherwise you got a comfortable night's sleep.

Miss information, horrible customer service. The photos changed. I booked a double and the photos are not what it has now which is now a semi room is not big enough for a multiple stay double room is not the same as a semi double room. There is free shuttles but only in the morning. So if your arriving in the afternoon, you will need to find another way. We asked an employee there for help and they told us to go somewhere else. We had the breakfast, not worth it, I rather go to lawsons. Worst stay so far!

I had issues that I needed dealt with and there was not a single human on premises. Not a single employee to ask a question of. Just robots. I booked it because it said someone at the front desk would speak English. There was no one at the front desk. Not when I arrived. Not when I left. Just robots. Cute, until you actually need help.

Shuttle bus driver refused to take us and drive us to the airport as we had more than one bag per person. bus was completely empty, there wewe just two peope. neither front desk nor manager helped us. So this hotel is in fact useless unless you have more than one bag. we had to take taxi at the end.

The bed is a little small but I guess it is average size in Tokyo so no complain.

The breakfast is amazing! So much variety of food both Japanese and Western and real Indian curry! The curry is so delicious!!! I saw the chef working there and he was very nice to us I bet he put so much love in the curry he make :) The breakfast made my day :) The reception is very unique, Two dinosaurs and a woman robot welcome us, no person at first but we need to help for early check in so I just ringed the bell and a receptionist (kind woman) came out and took care of us very well. The room is very clean and comfortable, there is free shuttle bus (limited availability so better to check the time and make sure you go early!) so it is very easy access to the Haneda airport. From Haneda airport we took taxi to the hotel it just take 2700 yen (less than 15 mins ride). The location is very convenient. Close to Haneda airport and there are many restaurants and convenience stores and playground around so it’s good for everyone :) I will definitely come back again.

There is no one at the registration desk and no one speaks English. It was very difficult to get the room key.

what really got me mad is on the sight I payed I believe about 36 dollars. then when I checked into the hotel they said that price was only for Japanese citizens. so I had to pay over 2000 yen extra

None...everything is all in order.

The easy check-in using ROBOTS is superb. The breakfast is okay and buffet. They also have a shuttle service which is very good for the travellers.
