Property was good. Pick up instructions from the airport were clear, except they didn’t mention the courtesy bus was bright yellow with dinosaurs all over it. We got on the wrong bus with a very similar name, but it wasnt too bad as the hotel was a short walk away.

The personal check-in method made me lose my passport, can not understand why we need to pay a 100 yuan service fee for the roomcard. I didn't receive that notice for the charge before I came.

There was a big hole in the wall, a little dust here and there, and the fridge smelled a little strange, so we didn't use it. But the stay was good, we had no problems.

The staff was helpful, and the shuttle service was on time. The room was good.

Quirky and fun hotel where you are checked in by robots. You have a choice of a dinosaur or a human like robot. Very easy and fun to do. We stayed here for one night before our return flight home. The hotel is is a good location, a short walk (about 5 minutes) from Otorii Station on the Keikyu Airport Line. It's easy to get to the main sights of Tokyo and the airport from here. We had an LG Styler Semi-Double room which was a bit on the on the small side but very comfortable and clean. There is air conditioning and a safety deposit box in the room. Free amenities (toothbrush, toothpaste, razors, slippers etc) are available at reception. The hotel offers a free transfer bus to the airport. Would recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

It was very hot in the room as there was no central air conditioning and it took some time for the air conditioner to work its magic once we arrived. I don't consider this a fault of the hotel though - it was 40 celsius outside and we checked in at an odd hour.

Smooth check-in experience and shuttle bus was super convenient and right on time - despite us arriving shortly after midnight. Room was comfortable and as described. Smart use of the small space to provide sufficient storage and necessary appliances etc.

The staff isn't as available as it should be. The shuttle is a bit chaotic and with very limited seats available, so people were stressed out about the shuttle. The hotel should provide a bigger option.

A bit far from the tourist areas of Tokyo. The free shuttle bus only runs at certain times (morning and evening). There was some kind of machine in the room to clean or steam clothes, but since the directions were in Japanese I couldn't figure out how to use it.

Close to Haneda airport and public transportation. Clean, fast check-in, hot water, free luggage lock area, free umbrellas to borrow. The robots at the desk were fun.

The bed is comfortable. I like the projector TV. There are plenty charging points in the room. Very spacious bathroom and modern bidet. Feels like home. The reception is very cool with a T-Rex welcoming you when you arrived. I also like the self check in and luggage storage. It has comics for entertainment.

The toilet was overly complicated & some of the options/features didn't work. I love indian food but the idea of having it served as breakfast in Japan was not appealing. Some of the Chinese guests were very loud during the night & could easily be heard up the corridor so I assume the rooms aren't soundproof. Could not get the tv to work with Chromecast.

First impression on Google maps I thought it would be in a very busy noisy area close to the airport. However it's a short walk from the main road & train station. In an area I would describe as having a small quiet village feeling with laneways used for pedestrians & cyclists with small mum & dad businesses nearby. The staff spoke good English & quick to answer any questions & help when needed. The rooms & beds were comfortable.

It was fit for purpose

Stayed on last night as close to Hameda airport. Close to the subway station and a few stops from the airport. Simple cheap accommodation. Booked in by a robot receptionist and robot tyrannosaurus rex which my daughter loved. Don't expect luxury but a practical cheap clean stay before flying home

Only 2 pillows provided. Rooms are small but it's standard in Japan. I recommend this hotel.

Dinosaur and people robots at reception is so cool! Shuttle bus from/to the airport is very convenient and punctual. Clean facilities. Room has an ironing closet, and a tiny fridge.
