This hotel was delightful. The robots at check in were fun and easy. The room was extremely clean and tidy. Breakfast was delicious with many choices. Staff helpful to call a taxi for me. Would recommend and would return.

The room we stayed was a little too small. the Dinosaurs are only at the check in front.

Clean and comfortable. Near the station so easy access to Haneda Airport. Not “hennna(strange)” inside the rooms. A large TV to enjoy.

There was no water dispenser and rooms are quite small.

Near to the airport so ideal if you are arriving late and do not want to take the risk of missing the last train especially if you are not familiar with the transport system. There is a free shuttle up till 1130pm which is great. Check in was easy with the self checkin system and the surprise animatronics at the reception was quite good. It's also walking distance to the train station so easy to make your way out the next day.

The funny robot check-in was a little temperamental, however there is a staff phone not far that a human will come and help you with and they were very nice. The all-you-can-eat breakfast was a little disappointing for the price, but it's serviceable if that's what you need.

The hotel is fantastically well placed near Otorii station and a Family Mart just a short walk away. Ideal for getting into the heart of Tokyo and back as well as ease of access to Haneda airport. Overall a solid 'get what you pay for' hotel.

Nice little hotel close to Haneda Airport. Perfect if you are arriving Haneda via a red eye flight or need a place to stay that is close to the airport.

Hotel rooms were really nice. The breakfast was great with a good selection. Really nice area. If you need a Suica card you can walk 30 minutes to the nearest JR station. Surround streets are very quintessential Japan, was a really great place to walk on my first day in Japan. The nearest station is also really close by as well.

Room was a bit tight but really not a big deal.

Arrived late into Tokyo and so decided to spend a night in Henn na Hotel Tokyo Haneda. Great decision, the bed was very comfortable and the hotel were very accommodating of all our requests. Excellent value for money.

The robot system was a bit erratic. There was a hair in the bath which I found a little bit unsettling.

This a quirky hotel - it is mainly staffed by Robots - at reception. There were vending machines for drinks and snacks. In a good area - a convenience store very close by. The free shuttle service was ideal for me catching an early morning flight. No noise from the nearby airport.

Great location just a couple of stops on the train from the airport. Free shuttle bus - although times are limited. Clean & comfortable. Self-service luggage storage & check-in. The robot receptionist was pretty creepy - two dinosaurs more fun.

-The dinosaur decor at the front desk was a bit hit for my son. - it has an automated check-in (didn't work for me, staff needed to assist) - we were able to take the free shuttle bus in the morning to Haneda airport. (We were unable to use it to go to the hotel because the shuttle bus did not run in the afternoon.)

The shuttle bus was too small to accommodate all guests. Some of my family was slow to catch seats on the bus. AI at the reception couldn't deal with some problems.

The location of the hotel was perfect, easy to access Haneda Airport. The hotel provides a mini shuttle bus to the airport. There were lots of places to do shopping and eat.

The location is near to the airport but don't have much choices for dinner in the walking distance. The time for airport shuttle is very limited. We have to take a taxi to check-in at 3pm

The evening shuttle did not arrive, so we needed to take a taxi, which we had to pay for. I have basic Japanese language skills, so this was OK.

If you want to be checked in by a robotic dinosaur, you have found your place! But, sadly, our check-in didnt work, so a staff member had to come and intervene. Once in, it was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good (note, it was mostly Indian style food, that I love). Very few staff in evidence though. Airport shuttle was good in the morning but see below. A good choice for Haneda Airport.

The dinosaur/ robot receptionists were fun but didn't work and it took a long time to check in. The staff who were very helpful had to come out and do it for us.

Fun hotel with a very unusual reception area. Love the projector in the room but We didn't have time to use it. Great for an early airport departure with free shuttle buse. Great restaurants nearby too.

It's close to the airport with free airport shuttle provided. Next to a supermarket and less than 5mins walk to Otorri train station. There's a disinfectant dryer cabinet in the room which is very useful. There's also a laundry room at level 1. The room that accommodates 3 to 4 pax have a semi seperate shower and toilet area. If u like a little more walking space, get the 4 pax room but use it for 3 pax for slightly more comfort to accommodate luggage and walking area.
