Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaThe dinosaurs are a gimmick. No obvious staff in the morning at check out time. There is a not so obvious phone to call them to assist. They do not offer luggage forwarding but a kuroneko office is very nearby so we forwarded luggage from there.
Very close to Haneda. Only 2000 yen in at taxi at 9pm at night. Twin room a good size. Immaculate bathroom. The TV projector was fun.

Great location for getting to Haneda Airport. Metro gets you there in 4 mins and the hotel is about 5 min walk to the train station.

AustraliaThe vending machines were very handy, but it would be nice to have a few more options for snacks when you get to the hotel late.
We knew our flight would get us to Tokyo late so we planned to stay a night close to the airport on our first night of travel. The Henn na Hotel Tokyo Haneda was an excellent choice because the free shuttle bus took us to the hotel in about 10 minutes and we immediately felt the excitement of being in Japan as we were greeted by the dinosaurs. When we had a bit of trouble checking in, there was a staff member on site immediately to sort it out for us. The rooms were a reasonable size and were very clean. Check out was very easy and quick and the staff were able to order a taxi for us. There was a manga library which looked interesting.

Location is close to nearest train station, about 7 mins walk. So getting from airport terminal three is very easy. On arrival, we used the train because we had just missed the hotel shuttle bus but used the bus the next morning. Room was very clean and bed was good. Linen was nice. Hotel is very good value and convenient for short stays between flights. The checkin process is reasonably easy and for a foreigner unique. My son loved the talking dinosaurs.

We are an American family of 5 and enjoyed our stay for what it was. We needed to stay near Haneda Airport and the hotel is right near the Otorri stop on the train line and has an airport shuttle. The Indian breakfast place adjacent to the lobby was delicious with both traditional Japanese breakfast fare and some Indian curry dishes. We had to get two hotel rooms as the "small double bed" was really a wider twin bed, not even as wide as a full size bed. Getting two rooms was a smart move for our family harmony. :)
