AustraliaBreakfast was cheap, but nothing we would enjoy. It has 3 options set menu -Japanese food , which includes free rice top up and free raw eggs,but unfortunately we didn’t enjoy any of the options. Hotel also does not provide any water. Staff are available only upon request, otherwise they sit in their room behind closed doors and watch you on the cameras, I guess. The English communication can be challenging too. Overall not a bad hotel, but we might have to consider alternative options if we travel to Nagoya again.
Well equipped and reasonably new hotel in a good location.Hotel can store luggage after checkout. Easy access if you travel light and have no problem walking up and down stairs (unless you have heavy suitcases or some mobility issues -access to hotel is via walking pedestrian overpass bridges from subway stations). We had a good stay.

The hotel is clearly new, as such all the rooms & facilities were absolutely beautiful. The ammenities were great and location was convenient for Nagoya Station. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The room also had an LG Styler! I wish I stayed here for more days.
