We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Great location close to tourist attractions and with the airport bus stopping right outside. Staff are very friendly. Decent buffet breakfast with drink bar included, unusually available till 10am

JapanFor that price, the room was a bit tired and dusty. Even if the positioning of the toilet was a bit too close to the head of the bed, there was a glass window separation and the whole room design was quite stylish. There was a continuous electrical noise that was impossible to stop, making sleeping a bit difficult in the night. Please, solve this issue.
The location was great, with a perfect view on the beautiful Nagasaki streetcars. The shower and the sink were new and nice. The bed was very comfortable and it was a pity to leave the room early in the morning for following my schedule. I appreciated the communication with the staff even online before reaching the structure, with kind and precise suggestions and updates, even on weather and excursions in Nagasaki.

Hong KongI remember the last day of my stay, it's was snowing hard in Nagasaki. I seek help from front house, asking to help me call a cab to JR station, they were not very helpful and said they could not call cab for me because of the snow and said I could only go to JR station by tram. With 2 luggage and traveled by myself, it was very difficult. I understand the weather situation but I was not pleased with the attitude. They weren't even trying to help me solve the matter. I always travel in different parts of Japan and it's the first time I encountered this kind of unhelpful attendant.
the site is super convenient, yet it's like 15mins from JR station, I went to Nagasaki by JR, with luggage on first day arriving Nagasaki, it's a bit clumsy. Nonetheless, the rest of my stay in Nagasaki is super convenient. The view from my room is very nice, though it's city view. but it's like a bird-eye view (I stayed on upper floor). The room service is good and it's very clean it's like 2 mins to China Town and bus terminal. it's really very convenient.
