    How hot the room was, bothered us most, as well as the scent of cigarettes. I guess we're just not used to it but it made for an uncomfortable experience. Other than that, for how much it costs, it's a pretty good hotel.

    We liked how close it was to everything; subway station, china town, minatomirai etc. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, exceptional service.

    The equipments in the room was very old. Only the main lights are working . the lamp and foot lights are not working at all. The revolving button to dim the light was not working

    The location of the hotel was good the room is neat and clean the nearest train station is kannai which is reachable within 7-8 mins of walk

    The price was worth it. The check in & out process is very easy, all just by touching the monitor. The building seems old but is very nice and spacious. There is a Lowson under the hotel building, access to the subway station is very close. Very satisfied to stay here and if I have a vacation in Yokohama again I highly recommend this place 👍🏻🥰

    We got a smoking room but didn’t expect the room to smell like someone had just smoked the whole time. I could barely breathe .

    Quiet and the staff were polite.

    When I put my bag on the sink the sink looked like it would fall if any more weight was on there,Bed was uncomfortable but clean Switches for lights on panel broken

    I like location that not far from kannai station. It is 10 minutes walking. I got high floor.it is a good view for me. 1st time to stay here but I was satisfied with that.

    Ventilation is non existent..You cannot open window. There is No Cooling function in AC during Winter which the staff informed after payment. Felt extremely uncomfortable. Could not sleep two nighs in a row. The room gets too hot with slightest start of heating AC. And without Ac there is no way to get fresh air. Only one button for all the lights except night lamp.

    Close to main attractions and Taxi drivers are aware of this hotel by name.

    Room was tiny, bit tight for 2 travelers with 2 large suitcases (double room), only one washing machine so luck of the draw with that.

    Location was nice, right outside the subway station so easy to get to locations. Nearby area is quiet, on the bottom floor there is a Lawson for convivence.

However, as I navigated through my stay, I encountered a blend of modernity and a check-in experience that left much to be desired. In terms of contemporary amenities, the hotel held its ground reasonably well. The overall ambiance exuded a sense of modern comfort, providing a backdrop for a satisfying stay. Yet, the check-in process proved to be a stumbling block in an otherwise promising narrative. The initial encounter with the receptionist was far from seamless. The check-in was marred by sluggish service, and the receptionist, unfortunately, seemed a bit indifferent and slow to engage. It became apparent that active listening was not his forte, leaving me a tad frustrated with the lack of attention to my concerns. One notable hiccup arose when I discovered that the room assigned to me, despite my explicit request for a non-smoking room, reeked of cigarette smoke. A quick return to the lobby was in order to rectify the situation. Surprisingly, the same receptionist who had faltered during check-in kicked into high gear, personally assisting me with a swift room change and even helping with my bags. This experience highlighted the importance of staff attentiveness and responsiveness. While the check-in misstep was disheartening, the same receptionist's proactive approach in resolving the room issue showcased a commendable commitment to guest satisfaction. It served as a valuable lesson—listening to customers during check-in can make a significant difference in the overall guest experience.     The room was extrememly hot and we gotta used electric fan for cooling eventhough still hot. Breakfast menu each morning was the same through our 3 night stay. We heard other guests complained as well.. another problem to do a service calling a taxi for us next morning. Don't know whose fault but we were risk of missing our HND flight because of this.

    A cost saving measure requires the key card to be slotted in to a slot in the room before there is any electricity - this was frustrating for the efficient charging of my camera batteries. Worse still was the refrigerator seemed to be also turned off with the key card (or it just wasn’t working) so my food spoiled. And the worst thing was the heat in the room was too high and the air conditioning only could be used to heat (not cool)

    The entire floor I was on was filled with smoke and so was my room. The window was bolted shut and the only way to get the smoke out was to turn on the AC, which randomly decided to pump hot air in. So I was left with a choice between being smoked and boiled alive...

    The location was good, close to the train station and lots of shops and restaurants. The staff was friendly. The breakfast buffet was excellent!

    The hotel was as described on on the website. Looks modern on the outside. Near the subway line and there's a park outside of the hotel. I really rnjoyed my stay there
