The location was great being close to 2 stations-subway and airport line. I didn't have any trouble with navigating to and from the hotel. The hotel was also near to several establishments such as convenience stores, restaurants and shops.

I was honestly surprised by how much this place offers for the price. It's one minute from the nearest station and only about five minutes on foot from a major hub, which made getting around Osaka ridiculously easy. Plus, it's close to Tsutenkaku, so there's even a tourist spot right around the corner. The room itself was neat and had some amenities — nothing fancy, but exactly what you'd need for budget travel. What really caught me off guard was the bathroom: oddly spacious and spotless, especially considering how budget-friendly this place is.

I could smell cigarettes in the elevator but besides that everything was good.

The staff is really nice, they really want us to feel at ease. There’s an elevator, you can use or rent useful equipment. The Coin laundry really saved my trip .(did not have to get out of the hotel to do it )

The pillows were SO FLAT. It was like there wasn’t one. Also I personally just don’t like the: come to the front to get your amenities service.

Staff were super friendly! And where it was located was very easy to see the major parts of Osaka. I would definitely stay again!

Maybe it’s because of where the window in my room faces, the room gets noisy at night. I could totally hear outside traffic at late nights. The choice of toiletries at the lobby is very limited. I tried to ask for a small bar soap but was told they don’t offer those.

The location is excellent, with a red line subway station right downstairs and the Airport Express station just a 5-minute walk away. There are plenty of great local restaurants nearby, most of which are authentic as I can see most of their customers are Japanese. The price is very reasonable. While the room is basic and small, it offers exceptional value for the cost. Overall, a fantastic deal for the price!"

Cleaning ladies were a bit loud since early so you can sleep much past 8 am. This is not good if you need more rest.

I was aware that it's a basic hotel and knew exactly what I would find. However, even for a basic hotel, they provide everything you need for a good night's sleep. Staff didn't speak much English but they were always willing to help in every way. There was always free coffee, tea and toiletries if you need them. Very pragmatic.

It smelled cigarettes in the corridor (non-smoking floor), but in room it is not so much. It was noise in the corridor at night, my guess it was stuff but not sure. No window view.

The lobby smelled cigarettes... And under the bed is a bit dusty. But it would be minimal things, the room was still good.

It was a good value for money as you have a solo room and bathroom, plus the location is really close to train stations, mega don quijote and the famous Tsutenkaku. Really good location. When you are exhausted from USJ, the hotel is just 2 mins away from the station.

- Early check out at 10am - Pillow is way too small. A little bigger pillow would be appreciated.

2nd time I stayed at this property. Mostly used google translate for communication, because by japanese got bad as well and not every Staffmember speaks english. But for me it's fine^^ For me the Location is just perfect. Conbinis and even Donki & Daiso are close by. So restaurants and Supermarket. The Tsutenkaku Tower is just arround the Corner. Wanna stay here again.^^

The pillow was very small.

The hotel was close to a JR station and right beside the subway. Also close to an area with good nightlife. The room was small, but this was to be expected. Staff were very helpful and also let me borrow a lower adaptor. I liked how they had a nice seating area right beside the laundry.

The wifi is not working, lady in the front counter not friendly, no lift, have to bring my luggage up and down the stairs myself, the hotel is at hill top, so u need to push up ur luggage
