Great accommodations and friendly staff. Perfect location. I highly recommend this hotel to others. The apartment was spacious, clean and check in and check out was easy. They also allow their guests to leave their luggage locked up if you want to explore Hiroshima before you check in or after checking out, which was very helpful. Their staff are all professional and respond quickly to requests. I enjoyed my stay and will be back in the future.

A short 20-30 min walk to all the places we wanted to explore & A convenience store nearby. Otherwise there is a bus nearby which takes you straight to where you need to go. The hotel room was large and had a little kitchenette. We only stayed one night but we wished we had more. The ammenities provided were all really good too! Great value for money.

The bed was a little too soft for us and since there was 2 beds on the room, one of them could be a bit firmer. The staff doesn’t speak English, but they’re so friendly that we could perfectly communicate

The laundry machine does take about 3-4 hours to go which can be a little annoying if you're doing it at night. And there's only two machines so you'd have to wait.

The superior quadruple room was amazing for two people. Beds were the comfiest I've ever slept in and was one of my best sleeps. Room was pretty spacious. It was a really good price as well. Staff were really amazing in trying to help us ship our luggage to the next place.

I liked everything.

Very spacious. Looks like a converted apartment complex. My room had 3 twin beds and a small tatami living room. There's a separate toilet room and a spacious bathroom. Wifi is super fast. Laundry is free. Good value. Would stay again.

We had the room on the top floor. It was an apartment size. The bedding room held three double beds. It had cooking facilities and a proper fridge.

The sparkling clean and spacuous room made our day. We loved the expresso machines, washing machine/dryer, air-conditioned bathroom as they made our 2-night stay a really enjoyable one. Everything was within walking distance. It took us some 15- 20 minutes to Hiroshima Peace Memorial and other shopping areas.

Location was ok but not in the middle of the action.

Staff were very helpful. Lots of amenities provided free of charge. Rooms were comfortable with lots of space and very clean.

The room is very nice and cosy. Makes our stay so comfortable and after exploring the area, the tram is so near the hotel which makes it easy commute. The staff are very friendly too. Though its semi unmanned, the lobby waiting area has coffee machine. overall the this hotel is great and most importantly, clean. Can do laundry if need to and they also provide teabags, towels etc. exceeded our expectations.

Our room's bed were way too soft, I couldn't sleep at all.

Very clean room, I love the sink in the bath and sink near the fridge. Made sharing the room very comfortable.

The whole experience was wonderful. Everything was clean and very comfortable. The matresss were like clouds. The internet speed was 500/50 during my stay and The TV was a chromecast so I could watch plex without issue. Reception staff are lovely and very helpful.
