Small room, which is normal in Japan. Very strong water pressure in the sink so youll probably be wet accidentally when using it.

We love location, it is very near the shopping district, restaurants, convenience store and the subway station. We also like that they stock of ice in the lobby. When asked for extra pillow, we were given 1 additional per person. This will definitely be our new favorite Osaka hotel.

How loud was to sleep in the night, by change I got smoking room and me i my husband never smoked so we needed to open window to sleep. Yes room was so so small and uncomfortable to be. Mini bar fridge was not working and housekeeper through my new hair brush and toothbrush as it was next to mini trash bag next to mirror next to the sink

The staff were extremely friendly and kind. The room was very clean & and everything you need for a short stay. There was also free coffee available. It is only a 15 minute walk from namba station & 5 minutes from the main area of dotonbori. They kept my luggage before check in & the check in process was very quick and easy. Everything was really great and I would definitely stay again.

This hotel is attached to a bar called “the Australian” bar/pub something. There were rugby games happening during our stay, and we could clearly hear the screaming from patrons cheering on their team. We asked the front desk to ask them to stop screaming, (and they did) but the bar declined to ask their clientele to quiet down. They are different establishments, and try is significantly impacted our view of the hotel overall. Further complicating things, we’d booked several months in advance and asked for a room on a higher floor. We were given rooms on the second floor. Higher floors might impact ability to overhear the bar, but the hotel did not accommodate this request, despite significant lead time.

Nice facilities, liked the coffee maker in the lobby.

Everything was great.

Perfect location, just walking distance to Dotonbori and to fantastic restaurants! The room is perfectly equipped and surprisingly quiet given the location. Kind staff and overall a great stay.

It is just right next to Shinsaibashi Suji, which is a major attraction, but quiet. It is a nightmare to walk in Japan, but this place gave easy access to the best attractions like Ebisu Bridge with Glico man. And it has less crowded shop with nice Wagyu beef next door. Greatttest hotel during my trip.

Spacious room. I like the setup of the toilet/bathroom area. Staff were excellent. Greeted us every morning and every evening. Very very good attitude of all the staff. Helped us organise luggage delivery service with ease and no complaints. Amazing toilet that opens lid when you enter.

there was too small amount of space for big suitcases in the room, i am sure you can solve it

localisation and cleanliness was perfect, I left my ring in the room and it was found and returned very fast, i really appreciate commitment in solving problems.
