Very inflexible policy, we were 30min early before the check in time, they don’t allow us to check in instead they offered us early check in with additional charge, meaning the room is ready, they just don’t allow us to check in.

Everything was great, but this hotel does not provide breakfast however, as there is a lot of local restaurants in calf next to the hotel I didn’t think there was anything that we did not.

The hotel located in the heart of shinsaibashi, everything is so close by from food, sightseeing to shopping as well as Metro station. The property has a great facilities in terms of room bathroom as well as good staff. The staff helped us with great suggestions of sightseeing, as well as providing us the plug to help us utilise. Definitely would recommend this hotel everything so close by

Hotel location is great. Just minutes away from Shinsaibashi station, there is Family Mart opposite. Staff is professional and cordial. Rooms are on the smaller side, cleanliness acceptable.

The hotel is really near Shinsaibashi station. The hotel staffs are friendly and helpful and the hotel is very clean.

I love the vibe of the hotel, especially the entrance. The reception staff did their best to assist us with all our requests. The room was a little smaller than expected but it served its purpose:)

-amazing location. Very close to Shinsaibashi train station and is very close to the shopping centre. Lots of restaurants, bars and clubs nearby -surprisingly not too noisy given that it's in a busy area -fast wifi -friendly staff -room looked nice

The area was not as clean as other locations we had stayed in Kyoto and Tokyo.

Good hotel in the middle of Osaka. Not far from Dotonburi and the main shopping street - Shinsaibashi. Room was clean and came with all toiletries. Very good price at just £55 for the night.

There's no space for you put your bags on the ground or on a bag rack. Soooo small. Only one person can stand at a time.

Great location. In the heart of the bar and eating area but far enough away to not be impacted by the noise. Rooms are extremely compact. One person needs to cliam over the other to get out of bed. Bathroom compact with a great shower. The lobby has free coffee, which was nice.

Mattress was a bit hard. However, that is the norm in Japan.

Staff was really helpful and nice. They arranged it with our next hotel to send our large luggage, so we didn't need to worry about going to the forwarding office. The room has everything you need and the hotel is in an amazing location.

Great value room considering it's location. It's so close to Dotunburi (5min walk max) and all the great drink, food and shopping venues in the area. There is a coffee machine in the lobby which was free to use and the room was comfortable enough for a few nights stay. It was a great price compared to other hotels we stayed at throughout our trip of Japan. There is also a couple metro stations a few mins walk from the hotel.
