This hotel is located on a quiet street about a 10 minute walk away from Funabashi station. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the surrounding area. This was a great hotel for a short-term stay. The room sizes are a bit small, so be mindful if you are traveling with a large group.

Location is a bit further outside of Tokyo so you won’t be near the tourist spots if that’s what u are looking for. It’s about 30-45 mins ride to Tokyo. I didn’t mind because I have been to Tokyo many times and preferred to stay outside and explored new town.

The room was spacious and the staff was ever helpful. The business center was great as I needed half day working on my stuff.

It could be better if the breakfast provided more types of food. The food was good, but it was a little less cost-efficient compared to other Japanese hotels.

The hotel looked really nice and tidy. The room I was in was spacious, and I could literally stretch my legs in the room, which was quite different from some other hotels I stayed at in Japan.

The room was dated and showed signs of excessive wear. The refrigerator in the room was small, and did not get very cold. While the TV in the room comes with cable channels, I did not find anything in English.

Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood about 7 minutes from the Funabashi train station. The room was above average size for a single Japanese hotel room. Because of the location, is was very quiet. The bed was comfortable, there was plenty of hot water in the shower and as a bonus there is a public bath on the 5th floor, which was a great way to soak away the sore muscles from walking in Tokyo all day. There is also a laundry room on the 5th floor, which was very affordable. The free WiFi was also very fast. There are many good eating and drinking establishments within a short walk to the hotel. I would recommend this hotel, and I would stay there again.

The kind staff was no nice to offer me to heat up the dinner box that I had bought at the convenience store, but I think a microwave oven in the lobby would be a very nice addition.

This hotel is just a few minutes away from Funabashi Station from which you can take the train to Tokyo (Shimbashi or Hamamatsucho) in around 40 minutes. Staff was very friendly, room was spacious and comfortable.

The air conditioner wasn’t working and the staff never came to fix it after we told them it wasn’t working. The bed was uncomfortable and with the heat, I could not get a good night’s sleep.

The mattresses were too firm & the pillows felt like concrete wrapped in fabric. Very uncomfortable sleep. The room is a lot smaller than it looks on the photos. The furniture was damaged with chips & scratches. The air conditioning only had an adjustable fan speed you couldn't change the temperature & it didn't cool the room adequately. The hotel advertised a pool, it was more an onsen style I didn't enjoy walking into a room of middle aged naked Japanese men.

Check in staff were lovely. The water pressure in the shower was good. Hotel was difficult to find at first but in a quiet village like area less than 10 mins walk from 2 train stations. It was nice to have a top sheet seperate from the doona.
