Space is great if you have big bags with you, hotel does offer food and room service, the food was great as well! Shower and jacuzzi and amenities were great

The selection for breakfast wasn't that great.

Well equipped with huge TV and built in Karaoke. There is also an option to order breakfast and room service. There is also an option to prolong your stay for extra charge which came in very handy since it was raining on the day of our check-out.

We weren't able to open the room door ourselves, which caused us a lot of difficulties at the beginning and we were already preparing for an evening locked in the room. After an hour we reached the reception who opened the door for us electronically. What if there was a fire would or there is a power outage.The rest was really nice.

Because it is too far from the station, 10 minutes walk. Also the room is not that clean, the remote was dusty and I smell a slight hint of cigarrite.

-smoking smell . -little complicated auto lock door which cannot open the door from inside by guest, so I asked to remove the cover lock so I can freely open or closed it like other hotels .

-large room with separate bathing room and toilet. -hot and cold water drink in the room. - microwave and refrigerator. - room service for breakfast. - available easy parking lot .

The doors can't be opened from the inside. You have to the call front desk and request to be let out each time. As a woman I can't see how that can be safe. That really troubled us. If for whatever reason you need to run out of the room, you would be in trouble. Also meant you needed to at least know what to say to the receptionist

The location was excellent and easily accessed. There was parking on sight. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Clean room with adequate mirrors. Super comfortable bed.

The bed was a little hard and the bath doesn't have a reheat function.

Great hotel, very spacious. The front desk staff was very helpful when we forgot to bring a phone charger. We were able to choose our breakfast and it was delivered to the room.

The rooms locked from the outside so we could not leave our rooms without calling reception to unlock. They barely answered the phone so we waited 30 mins to be able to leave. Reception did not speak English so communication was impossible. The rooms were obviously used for adult purposes and were very uncomfortable with the inappropriate “extras” in the room. Cannot check in until 7pm which is very inconvenient. An overall VERY uncomfortable feeling and we felt unsafe. We did not stay beyond 1 night and found other accomodation. Wasn’t close to the station for day trips or food at all.

We found very little we liked, other than the size of the rooms was large comparatively to other rooms in Japan.

This hotel was like nothing I’d seen before. This was a sex hotel. Nothing in the listing prepared us for what we walked into. Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had by a mile. Felt gross just entering the lobby.

Windows does not close, so the railway and road noise is loud. TV didn't function.

we was changed the room almost 3 times. First room in shower room water is not gone. Second room in air conditioner is not working. Then we changed again and again. But there staff is not coming doesn't help and no apologetic. One Big thing is Very bad. We can't go out by myself from room outside. Everyroom there are lock even they nothing information. We was so tired and trouble. We never go there one more time in my life.
