The hotel is 2 stations away from Disney Resort, which makes its location perfect for those interested in going to the parks for the whole day. Its a bit far from tokyo and there is nothing around.

The location was closed to Disney and that was the main reason we stayed at this hotel and location. The breakfast was good for the Japanese and western restaurant and we didn’t try the Chinese restaurant. Close to the train station and a convenient store.

JapanThe beds were hard as a rock 😭 which after a 12 hour Disney day was very difficult to sleep on. I don’t mind the small size of the room but I should have asked for a cushion or something. The “Japanese” breakfast was… fine. But the seating is much too narrow and crowded for a buffet. The Chinese breakfast was much better though! The seating was spread out, not too crowded, and had overflow seats as well.
The place is very kid friendly, with a nice play area in the lobby, convenience store right next door, and RIGHT next to the station. The staff were all warm and friendly, and the room was clean and affordable.

United StatesThe curtains were not blackout in the room which is so needed in summer when the sun rises so early. The restaurants with the vouchers were not the greatest and didn’t have a large selection of food.
The beds were comfortable. The staff was great. There was a small kids play area in the lobby. Parking for cars. Wonderful location to get to Disney!

United StatesThe mattress was a little too hard, and the room small. We couldn't really fit with our two suitcases and 1 carry on (this was the last stop on our trip) but since we only used to go to Disney, it was ok.
Location is two stops away from Disney so it's super convenient, also there's a Lawson right next door. The staff was super friendly and they have a good breakfast.

United KingdomThe beds could be higher so that you can put the suitcases underneath - Check out APA hotels - they have this for their beds making the room feel bigger with the suitcases tucked away.
It was nice - more variety of food on different days would be great. Some food ran out but overall it was tasty. Pleased that the staff were friendly too.

AustraliaNearest restaurants and shops are a fair bit of distance for walking. But there was a convenient store right next door. Otherwise you would have to take a train to the next stop which is a big local mall. The hotel restaurants closed too early. Breakfast offer was only till 8.15am...too early.
The staff was really helpful and friendly. We had a slight problem with our room size and they moved us to a better room with no extra charges. The location was excellent, easy to find, exit from train station, turn left and you are there! It was a blessing for us with 4 luggage and after a long day of walking. We were also able to keep our luggage with the concierge after checkout. I would consider this hotel again for my next visit.

Stayed here specifically for our trip to Disney which was conveniently only 2 stops down on the JR local train line. Location was very close to the station and the room came with free buffet breakfast. Staff were really friendly and kindly held onto our bags even after check-out
