AustriaMeal times are controlled. Breakfast was 7-8.30 and dinner 6pm with last orders at 7.30pm. You couldn’t be flexible and turn up when you wanted but had to reserve a table.
The meals - breakfast and dinner - were delicious. I had a sea view with a balcony. The local bus isn’t so frequent but it stops directly in front of the airport is just one stop away from the airport. Staff were very helpful. I speak Japanese but they can speak a little English if you need help with anything. There is a communal bath room - separate for men and women and it was a good place to relax at the end of the day.

Perfect location and i was able to take a bus to this resort from the airport . It only took like 10mins They serve breakfast meal , have a shop and restaurant inside .. I could ride a bicycle with payment . Spa was also awesome . And the staffs were very kind .

BelgiumThere was a beautiful infinity pool but unfortunately because my partner and I have tattoo’s we could not swim in the water ( unless you cover it up completely).
Breakfast and dinner was exceptional. We ate Wagyu beef, the best dinner we ever had. Breakfast was a la carte, western and asian, really good. Location is close to the airport, lots of parking space. The room was ok, the bed was a bit hard and the interior quite dark and dated.

JapanSwimming pool was closed which wasn’t indicated, quite frustrating given you have it in front of you every day. The posting on booking indicates a fitness center which doesn’t exist, second frustration. The hotel rents bicycles which is is convenient but very high price, especially given their quality.
Beautiful view over the ocean and the reef. Food is really good, location convenient near the airport and also off the beaten track.

JapanIf I had to point at anything, I would say I feel some dinner options are more worth the money than others, other than that great meals overall. The toilet is quite loud when you flush too, but that's hardly anything to complain about.
The breakfast service was delightful, the dinner menu was amazing and the room was wonderfully comfortable with a great view to match. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there and it being only 15 minutes from the airport I'd say it's great for anyone looking to rest and relax for a few days away from the city.

United StatesBreakfast, while delicious, ended too early (9am). We were required to make a reservation and go only at our appointed time, which was 8:30, which only left 30 minutes to try and enjoy the massive spread. Lunch and dinner were also by reservation only. The remote location, while nice and quiet, made spontaneous meals and snacks by the pool difficult. They charge ¥100 per pool towel. At a resort on the beach, where you are spending a good amount of money, I would think a pool towel would be included. Our room had A/C issues the second night, however, the staff was quick to move us to a new room the next day.
The staff made our stay so nice. Everyone was so friendly, and really tried to work through the few issues we had and spoke English. They arranged a tour to Hatenohama for us, which was one of the highlights of our trip. Beds were comfortable, and the location close to the airport was great. Free and ample parking. Awesome pool and view to the ocean and sunsets.

The restaurant here was delightful. Eating fabulous food, overlooking the sea, watching the sunset. Who could want more? Breakfast, lunch & dinner were all excellent and such good value too. The reliable public bus stops at the entrance doors & meets the inbound flights - very convenient. We would stay again if in Kumejima. We were lucky to be staying during a two-day "festival". We thoroughly enjoyed sampling local craft beer & regional foodie treats. Thank you for a wonderful ending to our tour of Japan!
