Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Interior is a little dated and tired-looking, but everything works and is comfortable.
Very convenient location for transport, sightseeing and eating/drinking/shopping. Good breakfast. Super fast internet. Onsite laundry and computer/printer.

Size of rooms is quite small, which is ok for a short stay, but less so for longer stays.
Modern and well located close to tram and bus lines, connecting to main attractions in Hiroshima.

The room was medium-sized for Japan, and the bathroom was one of the smallest we had during our trip, but it was very clean.
The rooms were relatively small but clean. Very bare-bones decor - you can tell this is a business hotel vs. a touristy hotel, which is why the cost is better. Loved the Family Mart in the lobby, and the hotel is located about a 3 min walk from the local streetcar station, which is what we ended up using as our primary mode of transport around Hiroshima. There are also 4 combo washer/dryer machines to use in the building - it was 500 yen per wash & dry cycle per load, and the machines automatically added their own laundry detergent. You also put in a 4 digit pin when you started the load so it would remain locked until you came back and put the pin in to unlock it. Also, in the lobby you can use the check in machines to exchange your coins for bills which came in extremely handy for us.

Dryer isn't that well powered.
Convenient location, we pretty much walked everywhere. Laundry is fast but the dryer part of things took very long. Loved the ice machine.

There are different daiwa roynet hotels and our directions took us to the wrong one our fault always use address as well as name
It was walking distance to most places good tram service to everywhere nice room

The hotel has all the confort needed. The staff is helpful. This is very clean and they provide you with whatever you need like extra pillow or towels etc We didn't have breakfast there.

A large table in the room is good, but half the table is taken up by a useless TV =)
A pleasant hotel that fully lived up to expectations, but nothing special to remember other than a good location in the centre of the city, a view of the business district and the fact that we were given free branded water and drip coffee every day. The staff took good care of our luggage after we checked out.

The lighting in the room could be better. There was only 1 outlet to charge our phones.
Location. We only stayed one night so I don't have much to say. Room was value-priced, so I can't ask for much. It met our needs.

Like any hotel, the walls could use a deep clean, quite a few scuffs and some questional marks, but by no means did the room feel dirty, just a tiny bit old.
The staff was very professional and check in was easy despite my only being able to speak english. They were very accomodating and held our luggage for a few hours before check in. It is an easy 10-15 minute walk from everything. The price was phenomenal. I would definitely stay here again.

the room was very quite small and pretty basic but for the price we paid it was okay.

The room was slightly dated with very harsh cold lighting, not the most welcoming.
Staff were excellent, super friendly and helpful! Room was clean and tidy albeit dated and the location was very good, only a 10 minute or so walk to the peace museum.

Room a bit small.
Situated close to the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Museum which is a must see attractions. Shops and restaurants nearby where you can taste the famous oyster dishes.
