Very long wait to be seated for breakfast (almost an hour from 7:45am). This has disrupted our morning plans. This size hotel should have a much bigger breakfast restaurant.

Location great. Bed and bedding very comfortable. Quite small for a superior double room. View fantastic. Staff lovely.

We spent five wonderful days here. The hotel was very clean, and everything went smoothly. The Japanese-style breakfast offered a great selection, and the staff was exceptionally kind. The location is perfect—right in the heart of the Tenmonken shopping area. We highly recommend this hotel.

There’s no space to put clean clothes in the bathroom. It would be better to have a hanger or something like that.

Location, breathtaking views, cleanliness and loved the hair curling iron and straightener! No shortage of amenities! Literally smack bang in city centre surrounded by an array of eateries and shopping! 10 minute walk to Ferry terminal! Tram right outside Front door! Great stay as base to explore Kagoshima!

Room is small, no place to put luggages. Bathroom is small and find it hard to hang up my towels and find space to put even my toiletries case.

I think the hotel needs to make it clear they will direct all guests to get their room key via their check in machines.

Breakfast was basic, however more than adequate for the day ahead. I loved the location of the hotel, right in the heart of the cities shopping and dining district. The room is very well appointed and well set up for both leisure and business, with plenty of power points for phones and laptops. Bedding was very comfortable and I appreciated the walk in shower.

Breakfast was nice food wise but always felt a bit cramped as the room isn’t that big — despite there being a huge empty room on the same floor just next to the breakfast room, felt like a missed opportunity.

Location is great next to a host of eateries and shopping buildings. Friendly and very competent staff. Room is good, not “large” by any means but not Tokyo small. Massage chair in the room was a nice bonus.

Wow! Location!! It’s above the big shopping center and just next to the arcade which has a lot of restaurants and shops. Just in front of the airport bus. I was so impressed by the best quality hair dryer and shower head! So clean,comfortable beds, great view. Everything was great. I definitely come back.

The only small peeve is that the staff seem very intimidated by English-speaking guests. We managed to get by because we know some Japanese.

We stayed in the double room with volcano view. Location is amazing; it is just directly opposite the drop off and pick up for the Kagoshima Airport Bus. Facilities are very new looking and comfortable. Smart huge TV in the room; ReFa hair curler/ hair iron/ hair dryer available; even a gadget in the wardrobe to press the wrinkles off your trousers. Very amazing stuff. The room is pretty spacious after you shove the armchairs aside to make space.
