Staff unable to understand English nor Mandarin well, need google translator to communicate. There was a staff who could speak good Mandarin last year wasn’t there anymore.

Hotel was well maintained and kept up its cleanliness, hard and soft fixtures in room & bathroom very well since my last stay in 2023. Staff as usual very friendly and efficient.

The space is not roomy enough for the luggage to be opened easily. The location, despite claimed nearby the train/subway main station, takes a good 7-10 min walk to arrive, so if you carry a large luggage like me, it would be pretty cumbersome and exhausting to arrive.

The price is pretty reasonable for the service and quality this hotel provides. The staff was really helpful that I arrived earlier than expected due to flight schedule change then she let me check in early with a small extra fee. The room is clean. The bed size is large enough for comfort purposes. The AC is strong.

Spacious and well appointed room with high standard of cleanliness. Excellent lighting with individual switches to tailor the brightness to own needs. Large bathroom with separate shower. Hotel is in a central location, nearby to numerous shopping and dining areas and within walking distance of several train and subway stations, as well as a taxi rank. Enjoyed a wonderful stay - I hope I can stay here again in the future.

With luggages, the walk from station is considered far but you can take a bus from the station. Location is close to shopping and eateries. Amenities provided were of great quality at the lobby.

Clean, quiet, central, and extremely accommodating! Staff was so friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was fresh and delicious everyday. We traveled with a baby and they supplied a clean and safe crib with bedding and a pillow. This stay was PERFECT for traveling families. Ms. Kobayashi checked us in and was so kind and supportive. Thank you for the great experience!

We came back after dinner and called the room service for some more bottled water (were given 2 small bottles), the staff insisted that they would only give 1 bottle per guest and no more, which was strange and stingey we never had that in any other hotels in the past.

Good location, easy walking distance 10-15mins from train station, amd lots of nearby shops and restaurants.

The check-in machine that this hotel uses does not accept payment with credit cards that have no chips (in other words, IC cards only), so it was a bit unexpected during check-in. However, the hotel staff showed up proactively to help!

The location is almost perfect! It is one or two minutes' walk away from all that is happening, with so much to eat, in particular! The staff is very welcoming and helpful during check-in, stay, and check out!

Great location, really nice, spacious and clean rooms. Stuff is very friendly. Drinks buffet offered for everyone at the lobby. Restaurant is also really good even though a bit pricier than the ones in the city.

They did not have service for luggage forwarding. The pillows were not comfortable. They provided 2 but both were hard. One soft and one hard would have been nice.

Centrally located in Sannomiya, it’s really convenient to the train station and shopping around the area. Not to mention that it’s walking distance to many food joints and restaurants.

It’s not as close to the station as I thought and it took us some time to figure how to walk there.

It’s quite close to the main shopping area and the stations. Also close to lots of restaurants. The staffs are nice and very helpful. You may self help to get the necessities and coffee and tea etc. they even have male and female cleansing products. Very thoughtful. The room is also very comfortable and large! The best stay I’ve ever had in Japan.

very good location, not far from the Chinese District, engaged and caring staff. Tea making facilities in the room much appreciates. Of all the upper grade stays in Japan this was the best.
