Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. United StatesThe only thing that was difficult for me was using the air conditioner because it was only in Japanese, so I couldn’t ventilate the room without opening the window. Also, there was quite a lot of condensation near the window.
Clean and well equipped; wonderful public bath; location was close to the station and shops, but not in the middle of the crowded city streets, so it was quiet and peaceful with a large beautiful park nearby. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was that we didn’t have to pay extra for children to stay.

Clean and modern hotel. Really good beds and a big room compared to most hotels in Japan. The sento was great as well. You can watch Netflix / YouTube etc on the tv.

ChinaGreat location: close to downtown and the metro station, convenient access to all visiting sites and grocery stores. Excellent equipments: everything u might need is ready there. We love the public bath especially. Friendly staff: very polite and helpful staff there. I asked them for a favor in receiving a delivery for us and they kindly offered the help. Thank them again! All in all, love this hotel! Recommend it to everyone!

This place was very nice in all aspects: location, cleanliness, and service. We enjoyed the spacious room - and the very nice onsen. The service was top quality. If you are a non-smoker, by all means reserve a non-smoking room, since non-smoking and smoking rooms seem to be separated by floor (and the smoking floors are very smoky!).

SingaporeThe location is a bit far from Sapporo station. Even though you can take train to the newest Nakajima Koen station but we felt that it’s a bit too expensive. We usually walk from Sapporo station back to the hotel.
The property was very clean and big to our surprise. Our room came with a massage chair which was really helpful after the long walks everyday. The front desk staff were also very nice and greeted us every time we walk in and out of the hotel. It also came with a public bath that’s open daily.

SingaporeThere was nothing to not like. When booking, was not really clear as to whether it was a smoking room or not. Had to pay additional during check in for non-smoking room because of miscommunication during booking online.
The public bath was a great experience. The services which the staff gave were exceptional. Its location is not far off from wherever you want to go and it is a great escape to a day of travelling if you just want to kick back and rest.
